Used car purchase

Don Hershey was helpful but not pushy. He followed up and was available when I called. He went the extra mile to get me into the vehicle. He even delivered to my house. Pretty impresive

Excellent personel in service area and the sales department.

Service department diagnosed and explained the problem with my old truck in detail. The sales team was easy to work and deal with. Fast turn around time.

Service work

50000 mile service. Busy day there and told it could be up to 3 hours til they'd be done with my car but done in less than 2 hours. That was nice.

"Professional and thorough"

It's good to know you can put your trust in a reputable dealership.Our salesman,Tim Ross went the extra mile to get what my wife really liked and wanted in the new 2019 Ford Edge.Unsure of the new dune interior color,(and not just black),wrong exterior color,one vehicle on the lot had it.My wife was at work.Tim suggested we drive to her work so she could see it first hand." She loved it," had to have it.Tim found the car she liked in Wisconsin and had it here in 2 days.AMAZING ! Thanks Tim and Freeway Ford.

Had a good experience regarding repair of rear wiper on my Edge They diagnosed the problem and had to order a part, which arrived quickly, as promised.

rattle on driver's side

I took my Ford Edge into the service center because I had a baffling rattle that increased with speed on the driver's side. The tech who worked on my vehicle discovered what it was - my bug shield! I never would have thought it was that! He figured out that the tape holding the shield on the hood had dried. They replaced the tape and he drove the car and no noise! Amazing detective work! I apologize for not remembering the tech's name - maybe Josh?

Service great-solution to recall a joke

Great service-performed on-time-drop off and pick up were good.. The solution to the recall is a chinsey cord that will not last in the North's weather.
