Great experience, friendly staff.
Polite staff, no pressure, and accommodated my work schedule. I bought a used 2013 F-150, and was able to talk to one of the service managers about the maintenance status prior to purchasing. I think the staff realizes that most people have an idea of what they want, and are knowledgeable about vehicle specifications, etc.

I scheduled an appointment and my car was in the shop being worked on shortly after I checked in. I was told my car would ready in under 2 hours and it was done prior to the 2 hour estimate.

Windshield Wiper Replacement
Rick was great! This was my 1st experience with Freeway Ford in Bloomington. Rick set up my account with Freeway Ford and personally installed new windshield wiper blades to quickly get me on my way! I really appreciated that he offered to expedite my visit. I intend on seeing more of Freeway Ford for my auto service needs! Thank you!

Front desk lady was great!
The front desk lady Loretta was very professional and her hospitality was over the top. She offered coffee/hot chocolate and popcorn to everyone and one gentleman said he was lactose intolerant and could not have hot chocolate. She was kind enough to walk over to the machine and show him how to use water rather than milk. I manage at Trader Joe’s and I am very observant of customer service. She definitely goes above and beyond! Give her a raise!

I take our corporate cars in for recall work and it is always done quickly and with a smile. Everyone from the front desk to the service bay is top-notch. Love the popcorn!
