Very helpfull

I'm very picky about things. All at Freeway Ford were very patient and accommodating to my needs. I left very satisfied. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Freeway Ford which spans 25 years now.

Repeat customer

I've used Freeway for service starting with our 2010 F150. There was a recall on our 2018 F150 for the engine block heater which the service department was able to take care of on our recent visit for "The Works" service. I noticed the [plastic tail gate cap was not fitting properly and asked them to look at it. They agreed and set about to get a new one installed. Unfortunately, that did take a couple of visits to finally get resolved, but the service department made sure I was totally satisfied with the final fix. The new cap now fits as it should and the staff was wonderful to work with. Everyone I dealt with treated me like a valued customer. I really appreciate their consideration. I rated the quality of work a 4 because it took more than one visit to get the problem fixed. There could be some room for improvement with the line staff attention to detail. There was some obvious problems that should have been caught by staff and not the customer.

they were friendly and helpful, courtisey car was very nice.

I purchased the vehicle there and all contacts were friendly and helpful. The service work done was not cheap, ,but within reasonable cost. thank you Freeway Ford.

oil change

They were having problems printing my paper work. Rather than make me wait longer than I already had, they comped my service.Blah blah blah.

Preventative Maintenance

Our 2013 C-Max required an oil change and transmission fluid flush. Since the car is still has a drive train warranty it just makes sense for us to bring the vehicle to a Ford dealership so that records can be accessed if needed when something possibly fails. It's nice that Freeway Ford has a general service center where appointments aren't necessary. Brought the car in and the service advisor, Colleen, had the job complete in an hour and a half, which was the original time quote.

Car recall

Great service. Accurate time estimate. Took car of my car recall with no problems. Staff was very nice and they just called me when it was done. I didn’t have to wait to drop off or pick up my car either. It was very slick.
