Too many returns to shop.

Took over 3 weeks to repair transmission which was under warranty, did receive loaner car. Though it took a very long time it was not major inconvenience. Needed to return twice for issues connected to their service recall. Inconvenient since they do not have loaner cars for items which connected to their initial repair. Did not feel respected by Ryan. I am still dealing with potential issues connected to prior repair. Should have option for loaner and if not under warranty then user pays for use of car.

Disappointed

All went well on purchasing my new vehicle until, shortly after purchase I received a recall notice and found out that there is no loaner vehicles. That I would have to rent a car when my vehicle is in getting the recall taken care of. I am very disappointed in this as this is as paying about 45k that the dealership or Ford cannot step up and supply a vehicle as a loaner. Not happy. I am very happy with my F150 overall, just this service issue of not being supplied a loaner rubs me the wromg way.

Always friendly and expert staff to meet your expectations.

Appointment was easily made to drop off new F-150 to have Linex bedliner installed. Loaner was ready to go and truck was done,ready for pickup sooner than expected.

Effective communication

Always greeted immediately, professional staff. Good communication. Exceed expectations. Worked with Dean. Excellent customer waiting room, TV, coffee and sometimes popcorn at the right time.

The employees are so friendly, efficient, and helpful! I trust them 100% with all of my automotive needs, and have found scheduing service to be incresibly easy! I have have never been disappointed!

Event-Saving Service

My Escape developed an exhaust system issue on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. This certainly put my Wednesday travel plans at risk. But, Service Manager Brian, QuickLane Manager Walter Odell and the QuickLane team took me in and had me on the road before noon Wednesday. Awesome job, guys. You probably cemented my next vehicle purchase from Freeway Ford.

Great service

Great Experience

Tim and Shane did a great job in showing me how I could get into a new 150 and trade in my 2013 f150. This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Freeway Ford since 2008 and this is by far the best customer service experience i have had with Freeway Ford. They made the hole process painless and answered all my questions and concerns. I would gladly recommend Tim and Shane to my family and friends if they are in need of a new or used car or truck.

They really work on getting your business but then drop the

We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn’t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
