Appointment was easily made to drop off new F-150 to have Linex bedliner installed. Loaner was ready to go and truck was done,ready for pickup sooner than expected.

Disappointed
All went well on purchasing my new vehicle until, shortly after purchase I received a recall notice and found out that there is no loaner vehicles. That I would have to rent a car when my vehicle is in getting the recall taken care of. I am very disappointed in this as this is as paying about 45k that the dealership or Ford cannot step up and supply a vehicle as a loaner. Not happy. I am very happy with my F150 overall, just this service issue of not being supplied a loaner rubs me the wromg way.

Event-Saving Service
My Escape developed an exhaust system issue on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. This certainly put my Wednesday travel plans at risk. But, Service Manager Brian, QuickLane Manager Walter Odell and the QuickLane team took me in and had me on the road before noon Wednesday. Awesome job, guys. Great Experience
Tim and Shane did a great job in showing me how I could get into a new 150 and trade in my 2013 f150. This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Freeway Ford since 2008 and this is by far the best customer service experience i have had with Freeway Ford. They made the hole process painless and answered all my questions and concerns. I would gladly recommend Tim and Shane to my family and friends if they are in need of a new or used car or truck.
