Paid for a diagnosis of car's issues.
Diagnosis shows the issues I am having with my vehicle, but no one seems to be able to fix it. Expensive and still not working properly.

Shopped hard for an F150 and these guys came through for me
Decided to move to a 2018 F150 and trade our 2010. We knew what options we were interested, but apparently 2018s with the options and color of the truck was very hard to source. Freeway Ford managed to find a vehicle for us and the pricing was better than any of the other dealers. Anthony was persistent and always let us know how their search for a vehicle was doing. Greg appraised our trade and was very cordial and professional through out the buying experience. Fernaando stepped in and helped us when Anthony was busy or on his day off. We had been getting our 2010 serviced at Freeway Ford and plan on continuing with the service there on our 2018 F150. All of the staff was very nice to us. Glad we were able to purchase locally.

Excellent
Great job! I came in on a Thursday with a whine under the hood that I thought would be a quick fix. Since regular service was booked out for a week they sent me to quicklane. Jonathan took a look and thought it was the tensioner/belts and would get it fixed on Friday. I said this would work as I had to have my truck by Friday at 6:00 to go out of town. After discovering it was actually the water pump, a more intensive repair, they could not get it done until Monday. Jonathan set up a rental truck that I was able to take for the weekend. The tensioner and waterpump as well as the rental were all covered under warranty and my truck was done on Monday as promised, 4 days before I could even have regular service schedule a time to look at it. Jonathan kept me updated and did everything he could to get this done as soon as possible. Outstanding customer service! Best i’ve ever had in dealing with vehicle repairs!

Recent visit
The service was great until I came to pick up my vehicle. The bill was all messed up. I had multiple coupons that were not impacted on my bill and was not properly explained how the Billing was done. It took over 15 minutes for the bill to be corrected. Nothing was explained. I expected someone to Explain to me that my tires and brakes were due to be replaced or everything checked out good, but nothing. I have had better experiences in the past.

Liftgate stopped working on my 2015 Ford Edge
The liftgate stopped working on my 2015 Ford Edge 90 days after purchasing from Freeway Ford. Vehicle was out of warranty but the Service Manager, Used Car Manager and Service Writer went out of their way to help me out. This was the type of customer service that will keep me coming back to Freeway Ford for vehicle purchases and service.

Would be 5 stars with a few changes
Service was great, however I received no fewer than 4 follow up calls. Way, way too many. I noticed a few days after the phone calls stopped that they forgot to replace the valve cover on my front driver's side tire. They were busy, so I replaced it myself, but it's the little things that dinged this review.

breaks
i can't be leave getting only 50 thousand miles breaks rotors i have always gotten 80 thousand miles or better on all mi fords. are you using cheaper parts? mike
