I purchased my used Ford C-Max Hybrid Energi from Freeway Ford in Bloomington MN. I love the car but a week after the purchase I went to start it in the parking lot at my work and found the 12V battery dead for no apparent reason. After jump starting it I brought it back to the dealer to search for the problem. They tested the battery and ran a diagnostic check but it came up negative. I vowed to bring it back if it this happened again. Sure enough the battery died again a week later under the same conditions as the first time. I brought the car back to the dealer a second time. They gave me a free loaner car as they kept the car to monitor with test equipment all day but still could not replicate the problem. So I drove it home and about a week later the battery died again. So I called the manager and he offered to replace the battery for free, which he did and I have not had the problem since. Thank you Freeway Ford for standing behind the cars you sell!

10k service
Using the Quick Lane service worked out well. There wasn't any noticeable wait time and completed when expected. Everything was explained after work was done and Jonathan said to call and see if there were any recalls or such as why the display goes haywire ocassionally.

They really work on getting your business but then drop the
We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn’t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.

Paid for a diagnosis of car's issues.
Diagnosis shows the issues I am having with my vehicle, but no one seems to be able to fix it. Expensive and still not working properly.

Excellent Service, Quick Service did not wait long, Gave me information on area's they recommand service for. Very Educated Tech's Walter Odell Employee that helped me went above and beyond to help me out with my tire and filled me in on any service needed in the future and greatly appreciated his knowledge and customer service skills. Service review.
I brought my car in for routine service (oil change). I was greeted immediately upon entering the facility, and explained what I wanted done. The paperwork was done quickly, and my car was taken to a service bay. The service manager reviewed the work done, and explained some further work that needed to be performed (will be done at a later date). The work was done in a timely manner, the manger was courteous, professional. Very pleased.
