Shane was great to work with!

Shane met us right out front on our first visit, reached out and shook our hands, treated us kindly, and didn’t pressure us. He stayed in contact with us through the whole process by phone and text and his team assisted him when needed. I wouldn’t even consider working with anybody else.

Great customer service!

From the first time I spoke with Barry, I felt like he really wanted to help me find my perfect car. I told him what I wanted, he ran numbers for me & didn’t have to do it all while sitting at the dealership for hours. Exceptional customer service from everyone over at Freeway Ford!

Car Repair

We recently had the transmission rebuilt and experienced a fluid leak. The service group immediately scheduled a return visit and resolved the issue along with repairing the exhaust system and changing the oil. They even gave me a ride home so I didn't need to wait on-site. Great customer service. Thank you.

Great Customer Service

We bought a brand new Ford Escape 2018. This was my first experience buying a car and it went great. Our salesman Shane was super helpful and patient while my wife and me made our decision.

1st Truck

We just bought our 1st truck from Fernando at Freeway Ford. He was honest & no high pressure. We are senior citizens so we have purchased many cars in the past. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a sales person. Also Johanna in accessories was very helpful & knowledgeable.

Saved us $$$$$

Brian Ward was helpful from day one until we decided to purchase our new car. He kept us updated on the timeline for its delivery. On our first drive he explained all of our 2018 Ford Fusion Sport features and he was especially good teaching us tech dumb seniors the Nav and Assist systems. And the dealership sent us home baked chocolate chip cookies. Thanks Freeway Ford.

No problems, all my questions and concerns were answered,

Brian Ward was an awesome salesman, very informative and knew all my answers and concerns about the new 2018 Ford Escape that I purchased. Just purchased vehicle on July 31st so hope the excellent service continues.
