Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from Luther and we we’ll come back for our 4th. Mary was moving cars and stopped what she was doing to meet with us in the lot and help us. She took the time to show us three vehicles and was very open about all of them. She knew her job and made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. Tim helped us with financing and was very reassuring. He got us a great offer. All of our experiences with Luther have been great and we will return.

I must admit, we were hesitant to come back to this dealership after having some issues with the service department in 2011. However, we came to look at the Jeep Cherokees not really planning on buying. The salesperson was in the lot. He greeted us cheerfully, and offered to answer any questions we had. My husband has a disability which makes it difficult to walk for very long, so once again the sales person offered his assistance. This time we accepted. My husband is a Mopar expert in his own right, and loves to test the knowledge of auto sales people. Jordan was not only knowledgeable, but shared insights we were not aware of. We agreed to sit down with him and discuss terms. We had saved up for the down payment for quite some time, and after looking at the options, decided it was more cost effective to lease our new vehicle. There was never any pressure or arm twisting, and all questions were answered. It s a was a pleasurable, but lengthy, experience.

This is our third new Jeep that we have purchased from Jason and Brett at Luther Brookdale. Both Gentleman were extremely helpful and took great care of us. From our trade -in vehicle to our new Wrangler. Everything went very smoothly through the whole process. Very happy with our experience! Looking forward to seeing them again in a few years, just love that new car smell!!
