I had a great car buying experience at this dealership, I was greeted when I walked through the doors and treated with respect during the whole experience. I got a great deal on my car and am so pleased with the companies commitment to their customers.

The sales person I worked with, who went by the moniker country was great to work with. Also was Al Maze the the finance guy. The only problem was it took 5 1/2 hours to close the deal. We were at one point considering to just leave. I don't know if this was a sales tactic or an inefficient operation, but it was a burden to my wife and I. So ask yourselves if would people want to buy a car from you, if they new it would take 5 1/2 hours?

Working with Jaime and Al made the whole, normally painfully long car buying process seem relatively quick and fun again! They made it about us and our experience, not some procedure that had to be followed. Jaime’s approach to the sale and focus on customer experience was refreshing. Al’s friendliness and willingness to make sure we had the best financing deal made us comfortable closing the deal. Overall pricing was fair. Trade values were reasonable. Dealership was immaculate with a wide variety of inventory.

Convenient to be able to set time to come in. No pressure atmosphere, informed sales person, finance area looked out for my best interest - I felt comfortable with all aspects of the process.

I purchased a certified used 2018 Dodge Charger. Jamerson was great to work with and very professional. The service dept leaves me feeling uneasy about the well-being of my new car any time they would need to touch it. My compass was not calibrated and the buttons for the power seat were not working properly. They had a week to go over this car with a fine tooth comb and make sure it was up to spec and they failed in my eyes.

We had a great experience working with this dealership in buying a new minivan. We went in knowing the kind of car we wanted and were met with enthusiasm and additional knowledge about our car choice. Easy to see inventory (of which there was a lot), test drive, and ultimately sign paperwork to buy. While the dealership closed at six, employees were happy to get all of our questions answered and paperwork signed well past the closing time!
