Bought a used Jeep Cherokee after my Tahoe was totaled. Visited twice, the first was just to test drive a couple vehicles I was interested in online and find out more info about Jeep, Dodge, RAM, and Chrysler vehicles. Our first visit was fantastic with absolutely no pressure from the sales person (we laughed and joked around a lot), which I was nervous about. They were respectful of our budget and stated they would keep an eye out for similar vehicles with our requirements locally and nationwide. Our second visit, the weekend after, was when we purchased after test driving another vehicle that had become available in the last week. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience and we're quite happy with our new Cherokee!

I really Iike the new vehicle, but I am concerned that I overpaid for the vehicle. I feel like the dealership didn’t provide me with the necessary information for me to make a full analysis of the purchase. Specifically, I was not given window sticker until after the purchase. I am new to the purchasing process on my own, so I trusted Tony to help me with a good deal. I’m not convinced that this happened.
