the process after sale was bad.
the process after sale was bad. the support personnel was not arranged properly. customer had to wait couple of hours while got fed with some bad excuses such as system down, cannot pull the paperwork etc.

Mariana was very helpful.
Mariana was very helpful. It took several weeks to get all the pieces in place for my purchase and she was patient and let me know she was available to help. When I found a vehicle I wanted at another Luther dealership close by she offered to get the vehicle to her dealership. I was very happy to be able to finish the sale with Mariana after all her help.
