In the six I have purchase a car from dean Mitchell in mobile al, and also champion dealership in mobile al. The cars the have sold me was my Chrysler aspen was a bad transmission and my dodge journey the motor went out in the car and I didn't even have the car from a whole month. I went to Jason Pilger Hyundai in gautier and they hooked me up. I got a brand new 2014 Hyundai sonata and I love it. I had been on the market for another used car for a few months and just didn't find anything that I really liked. A co worker of mine had purchased a new Santa Fe from Jason pilger about a week prior to me visiting the lot. I had stopped by and looked at a few cars and of course the friendly staff was very prompt at answering any and all questions along with great hospitality. After not being able to find a used car that I wanted they offered to put me in a brand new car that was just about the same price a month as my current car. My husband and I drove over to Gautier after an over the phone price quote on a 2014 Elantra Sport for our daughter. They made us an even better deal, and with rebates and great rates, we were able to buy a NEW car for a very small amount over what we would pay monthly for a used car with similar features. Exceptional car buying experience. My salesman, Derek Montalvo, was completely up-front, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Derek's honesty was greatly appreciated. Was quoted a price on a 2014 Elantra Sport over the phone after seeing it on the Internet. Drove almost an hour to get there and they beat the quoted price by $1,000. I had already talked to 2 other Hyundai dealers and made an offer at one other location with excuses and the normal cat and mouse game. Derek at Jason Pilger more than honored his phone price and the purchase/financing was totally transparent. No hassles, no games. The personnel at Jason Pilger Hyundai were absolutely great. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to work with. It was the most stress free, most clear cut car sale I have ever been part of. It was well worth the 1 hour drive.
