Third Hyundai and counting.........

Jason Pilger Hyundai has been the dealership for my last two cars, so of course I was going to go back for my third! I was able to test drive a couple of cars and even take one home for my daughter (who will also be driving it) to see. Everyone at Jason Pilger is friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy their job. Marc, Derek and Moe helped me leave yesterday driving a beautiful blue Elantra with great options, including a sunroof and a reasonable car payment. It was great visiting with Randy who sold me my first Hyundai and chatting with Christina between phases of the sales and financing process. I also had a chance to talk to Corey and Jessica from the service department who have consistently provided friendly, helpful service when I needed it. I know they will continue to do so with the new one! Thanks to everyone for a great experience and making me feel like a valued member of the family! :)

Time for my third Hyundai

Several years ago, I bought my first Hyundai (a Santa Fe). I have been hooked ever since. Not only with the vehicles, but with the sales and service departments at Jason Pilger. I returned three years ago for my second Hyundai (a Genesis Couple) and the day before yesterday for my third (an Elantra). I went in with specific requirements..... for both the vehicle and car payment. They arranged for me to take a vehicle home for my daughter (who will also be driving it) to see. Then, yesterday, they helped me acquire a car with more options than I had anticipated, but with a monthly payment that had me smiling when I left. Of course, the pretty blue car with a sunroorf is also making me smile this morning. :) Thanks to all of you at Jason Pilger!!!!

So easy and quick!

After totaling my truck out I was now in a position where I had to purchase a new car. Never really bought a car on my own in the past, I looked around to various dealers and various makes/models. After coming across the Jason Pilger website I found a total of 4 cars that caught my attention. The first trip I made was less than stellar, but I then found out that it was one of those days that everyone in retail has from time to time.....too many customers, not enough staff. Working in retail myself, I knew they deserved another chance so I came back the next day and am so glad I did. Met with Justin, who was uber nice, and test drove 2 different cars. I told him what I wanted to spend and he was able to make it happen. No haggling, no hassle! Justin was easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say, wasn't pushy at all. What really sealed the deal for me was them working hard to get me financed. I have less than good credit (it's horrible, actually) and have been turned down from other dealers, but they were able to make it happen. I was able to drive away with a 2013 Avenger at a price you couldn't beat with a stick. I will for sure be back when it's time for another one! Thanks guys for making it so easy, quick, and giving me a GREAT experience with my first time buying a car!!!!!!

most friendly people i have dealt with

the internet service was great and in person they were top notch. when it was time to get financing they were very helpful getting the right APR for me.

Great Dealership to work with great Sales people

This was the second vehicle we purchased from Jason Pilger Hyundai. We were pleased the first time and very pleased this time. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. We worked with Derek, Bobby and Randy. All did a great job and we were able to get the vehicle we wanted.

Stellar Performance and Experience

Everyone I encountered went above and beyond the expectations of friendliness, helpfulness and integrity. I couldn't have asked for an easier or more upbeat experience. Derek, Marc and Moe were great throughout the entire process! I've learned in my own experience, that when the team is happy and treated well, then the customer will be, too. The fact that 2 of these guys drive a distance to work each day speaks volumes to their own satisfaction with their jobs. That can only be returned to the customer with the end result being excellent customer service. Thanks to everyone for a great experience!

im so thankful

In the six I have purchase a car from dean Mitchell in mobile al, and also champion dealership in mobile al. The cars the have sold me was my Chrysler aspen was a bad transmission and my dodge journey the motor went out in the car and I didn't even have the car from a whole month. I went to Jason Pilger Hyundai in gautier and they hooked me up. I got a brand new 2014 Hyundai sonata and I love it. My advice to you will be do your homework when purchasing a car and also do not by for dean Mitchell are champion auto which all are located in mobile al.
