2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.0 Turbo

Buying a car can be scary, but I left Jason Pilger feeling confident in my new car! I traded in a 2014 Camry and I don't miss it a bit! I will definitely buy from here again. I wasn't rushed or forced into anything and everything was explained to me in detail. I'm very happy with my car buying experience!

2014 Equus Purchase

I worked with Derek Montalvo. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable; and I felt very comfortable. After arriving at the dealership, I worked with Marc Wammer. He was very knowledgeable and took time to familiarize me with the Equus. I would recommend these two gentlemen to any friend or relative looking to buy a car. Also worked with Allen Walley. Once again very helpful and knowledgeable and my experience was handled smoothly.

New Car

The specific vehicle I wanted was not in their stock. After locating one in another state I was driving it home in two days which was pretty impressive-good job Jason Pilger Hyundai

Friendly Customer Service

By far the best dealership I have visited and the "birdman" is by far the best salesman I have dealt with in years I have bought well over 30 cars in the last 8 years I blame it on my OCD but this by far will be the best experience I have closing the deal today on a 2015 Genesis my battery died in my car I called Derek to let him know and he told me I should of called he would of happily came and jumped us off anyway I cant wait to close the deal shortly

Quality was good of the service I received, however

The car I wanted to test drive was out of gas, so I went to lunch and came back. When they found out I was really interested and we talked numbers, I wanted to test drive it. They had to add more gas, because they only had put in a little amount. So I had to wait again. The salesman wanted me to look at the car fax on his phone.................too tiny for me to see well. So I had him print it out. Their problems with handling gas in the vehicles is a serious one. Some people would leave and not come back. They also had a problem locating the keys to the vehicle.

DEREK MONTALVO ***** 5 STAR

Derek is an outstanding sales rep. I called strictly to inquire about a vehicle listed online with Jason Pilger Hyundai right around closing. Thankfully, Derek was so kind to stay after hours to answer my every question regarding the vehicle. The man even went the extra mile by walking out on the lot in the rain, mind you, to make sure the vehicle in question was available. I would highly recommend both him and this dealership to anyone. My overall customer service experience was superb! Again, thank you Derek!

SMOOTH AND EASY

Justin made everything for me easy and stress free. I was working my 8-5 job and he came to show me the vehicle so I wouldn't have to take time out of the office to do so. When I decided to go through with purchasing he again came to my office to bring me my car and to get everything signed! This was my first vehicle to purchase on my own and I am happy that I went through Jason Pilger and Justin was the person to help me with my first big purchase.
