We had the greatest experience buying a car for my son

We had the greatest experience buying a car for my son Matthew here, we dealt with Patrick Holt and he made it happen! Got us a great deal on a 2023 Kicks, no hassling, no games, the nicest guy ever, will definitely come back here and ask for Patrick Holt again when it’s time for my husband to get a new car!

Terrible

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Their customer service is trash. They do not return emails. They do not return phone calls they do not do what they promised. I had good credit when I applied for a vehicle they ran my credit 22 times which knocked my score down 27 points, when I asked about that, they said it was an accident and after six months it should go back up. They also did not tell me how much my car payment was going to be a month. I was not explained anything until I got back to the finance room. To get the gap insurance and when I got home and read over everything, I have been contacting them several times a day through phone calls, leaving voicemails as well as leaving emails I have been getting ignored for a week straight. I even went in person and they wanted me to leave by telling me they would email me the cancellation paperwork. Well here it is almost a whole week later and I still have not received an email a phone call or anything, I do not recommend using this dealership at all. They only care about making a dollar not their customers!!

I'm an 72 and only bought 2 new vehicles in that time

I'm an 72 and only bought 2 new vehicles in that time span. I'm from the old school and enjoy the hand the barter experience. Rashad and I worked together very easily. Rashad knows the Nissan Product inside and out. he knew about the car that was on the back lot dirtier than xxxx these folks got me out the door price in 2023 Nissan Platinum Package than 2023 SV package.
