The salesman were great the finance department less than.
The salesman were great the finance department less than. I have called since October about a refund my mother should have received about canceled warranties. I have emailed the finance department without a response. I called yesterday and was promised a call back before 6pm which I never received. And was told I was being rude because I mentioned getting an attorney involved because of the lack of transparency and communication.
