Ask for LJ, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Came for one vehicle and it didn’t work out, he made sure I left in a vehicle I was happy with.

We live in Waterford, PA and found our perfect truck, a 2020 Chevy Trail Boss, at Cool Springs Nissan in Franklin, TN online. Our salesman, Matt Gleason, was perfect in every aspect of the deal!!! Great personality, and very down to earth. He was so helpful by coming to the airport to pick us up! All of the employees at Cool Springs were very nice and welcoming as well.

I went in to buy a car I saw online, however when I...

I went in to buy a car I saw online, however when I arrived it was already purchased. Bishoy Rizk was able to find a car with the same mileage, year, and close pricing to the one I came in to buy originally so all the research I did before I arrived was not lost. It all still applied to the current car they offered along with a matching price tag. After looking at the car and taking it for a test drive I was confident in wanting to purchase the vehicle. Bishoy Rizk worked quick and efficient. He was wonderful and really took care of me. He got me the car I wanted and even gave me a great price on my former vehicle, more than I really expected to receive. I recommend Bishoy Rizk if you go into Nissan of Cool Springs, he will definitely take care of you like family.

I bought my Nissan on 08/14/21 and on the drive home my...

I bought my Nissan on 08/14/21 and on the drive home my check engine light came on. I brought it back to the dealership on Monday 08/16. Rebecca was wonderful at getting me checked in quickly and also got me on the shuttle to get to work, the whole process took about 25 minutes. She texted me throughout the day to advise what they found wrong, to schedule a shuttle to come pick me up from work and to arrange a rental for me as well. I was so happy that all I had to do was sign the paperwork for the rental and go home Monday evening. My car was ready by Wednesday and Rebecca had everything done by the time I got there and pulled my car up ready for me to leave. The pick up took all of 15 minutes. She will be my go to if I need to come back to get my car serviced.

Rebecca was awesome! She took such good care of me and really listened to my concerns about my car. I had to come back for a replacement part and thankfully she will be taking care of my car and I again! She's very knowledgeable when it comes to the service department, I would highly recommend her!
