We had communicated about a specific vehicle before arrival. When we arrived, LJ had the truck ready for us to drive. LJ was incredibly professional and personable. We had a deal we wanted with trade-in and he made it happen. It was easy and quick! Great experience!

LJ, my car salesman, went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience today was a great one. He really took the time to listen to all of my concerns as well as find out everything I was looking for. I didn't feel pressured because he was more focused on going through my options and assisting me in the process of everything, than pushing or persuading me to trade in my car and buy a new one. He's not the only salesman as Nissan of Cool Springs who have been great about taking care of me, which is why I have returned. LJ was patient, thorough, and timely.. I am definitely glad I walked away feeling good about my experience and confident about my purchase. Happy Customer 🤗

Eric was belittling, cocky, and a flat out jerk. He provided no clarity. My husband and I were Shocked at the “deal” he tried to give us through a speech that went like “let me talk to you like I’m your dad” I highly suggest never letting an adult man think he can talk to you and your husband like a father figure especially when he’s a car salesman..... I do not recommend working with Eric Roundy if your looking for a car at nissan of cool springs go to someone else. My husband and I walked out of Nissan with six hours of our day wasted and Eric being belittling. We approached him and told him how we felt and he didn’t make eye contact. DO NOT USE HIM.
