The service rep, Endya, was very helpful.

The service rep, Endya, was very helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change and had other concerns. She listened to my concerns and made sure they were addressed. I thought I was going to have to wait another day for an ordered part to be installed, but it was taken care of by the end of the day.

Nick L. In the sales department really went above and beyond with updates on our ordering process and amazing delivery of our new BMW M3. He even followed up a week after the purchase to ask about the car and if we needed any assistance with software settings. He is very knowledgeable of all of the software setting options and provided us with settings that make our BMW fun!!!
