I think when one brings a vehicle for service with issues -one is very anxious as to the issues - the SERVICE STAFF is always thoughtful and knowledgeable with the customers need as the priority. I can say without a doubt as the customer- I always leave knowing all my concerns were handled and once again- I have a fine working BMW.

I've never owned a BMW previously.
I've never owned a BMW previously. I recently needed my 2022 X5 hybrid to be serviced for the first time. The 12V battery appeared to completely discharge, leaving me stranded in a neighborhood cul-de-sac at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning (New Year's eve day). I called the service department, left a message, and within 3 minutes I received a return call from Barb, the service manager, who immediately arranged for my vehicle to be towed by Bronco Towing, the dealership's roadside assistance partner. Bronco contacted me two minutes later to confirm arrangements. Thirty minutes later, my vehicle was on its way to the dealership and by mid-afternoon on Monday, my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick-up at no charge. To be candid, I was shocked by the efficiency and professionalism during the holiday weekend--it was on par with the Mayo Clinic, one of the best healthcare providers in the US!

Service department
My car informed me that I needed to have a brake fluid. I was sceptical, but decided to schedule it as the warranty was to expire, and I was leaving for a long trip. Jayme Larson assisted me with this process, and she was friendly and professional in spite of being very busy after Christmas. The brakes obviously needed this service as the performance improved by 500%. Don't ignore service warnings.

The staff was very helpful.
The staff was very helpful. The one member that stood out from the group was Barbara the Service Mgr. Her leadership reflected how her team engaged me, then she took it one step further to make sure I all my questions where answered. Thank you service team of Tucson for great service. 😊
