Check Engine Light?
Checks engine light came on, on my 750i so I scheduled a service visitor with the dealer. They did a check on vehicle and found that it was a false notice. They were prompt, thorough and clear with the assessment and the best part was that they did not charge me for the assessment.

Excellent service; professional personnel. They promptly ordered the new tires I needed and installed them on the car within day of receipt of the new tires. People were courteous and professional.

Ease of scheduling maintenance visit for my BMW X1-- Excellent Text message with video link of technician showing undercarriage of vehicle with explanation of items checked and condition -- Absolutely Superb Customer Service - Representative dropped my wife and I off at nearby shopping mall while we awaited maintenance to be completed and picked us up and dropped back at dealer to return our vehicle -- GREAT!! Explanation of maintenance completed and bill closure - Excellent Dealership - Very clean with Starbucks coffee machine and comfortable seating. BMW of Tucson is #1 in Class - very impressive.
