My experience was AWESOME. I found the vehicle online. I reached out to the company in regards to the vehicle. I was assigned William as my sales rep. He was AMAZING! He answered any questions that I had, even the ones that I didn't know I had. He provided me information about the vehicle. I had never owned a BMW before so he was very very helpful in that experience. I lived approximately 2.5 hours from the dealership so initially I was a little worried that things may not go as planned but William jumped right on in and made the transactions very smooth. We initiated the paper work on Thursday (since I wasn't able to get to the office before closing), Friday I was driving off in my new BMW 740i. Thank you William for everything. I tried purchasing through other vendors online just that experience alone was painful they were not very professional but that isn't the story with Autos of Dallas. They believed in making sure you was comfortable in what you were spending your hard earned moment on and that by it self made all the difference. I would recommend this dealership 1000 times over!!! Oh n Jimmy the Sales Manager or Finance Manager was awesome as well...great ice breaker!!!

Autos of Dallas is the way to go
When looking for a 3 year old BMW my top two choices ended up being at Autos of Dallas. I inquired, was contacted quickly by William Martin, and was able to see the cars that day. I was very happy with their vehicle quality, financing, and cleaning.

SHIPPING WARNING!
If you ship, DO NOT use Rising Star!!!!! Our salesman, Mason left out lots of important information with regards to shipping. It takes 3-5 days to prepare the car and then 3-5 days to ship. They shipped our car with Rising Star Transport and it left on Friday, June 12. Our salesman told us the car would be delivered the following day (Saturday or Monday). Then when that did not occur we contact the truck driver (He made many false delivery promises). T.L. Ricks reached out to me and they made a call to find out the delay. After many lies from the truck driver (I literally could write you a book), we received our car today, June 19. Mason also told me that if the car was dirty on arrival that would take care of it. Now he is not willing to do that. Of course the car isn't clean. It has been on a truck for 7 days and the inside was not detailed. There were candy wrappers and crumbs. Do not recommend Mason, Sales. Now most of this issue is on the trucking company but after such an inconvenience I hope they will not use this driver. On a positive note T.L. Ricks stayed in contact with me and was very helpful. The car besides dirty is exactly as sent on the video before we purchased. I do recommend Autos of Dallas but if shipping get all of the information. I would purchase again but I would make the drive to pick up myself.

I had a very specific car that I was looking for and my sales person Johnny Huynh went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was very professional, courteous, responsive and timely. The car purchase experience was not as frustrating as it usually is. I love my new car!

Professional
Richard was very supportive on getting my car appraised and showing me other alternatives. He also shared general knowledge that was helpful in my car swap. Even if the deal did not take place in this dealership and with Richard this time I got a very good feeling.

Great Car, Great Price, Great Service
After buying an Audi in April, I went direct to William Martin for a Mercedes for my wife. I just called him, had him pull up a couple cars and was out quick. Go to Autos of Dallas, you will not be disapointed.

Great experience purchasing a car from AOD remotely
My wife and I were very specific about the next car we wanted, but could find that specific used car in Atlanta. Reluctantly, we started looking outside Atlanta and happened to find the car we wanted at Autos of Dallas. Chad Craig did a great job of working with us online with video chats to make us feel comfortable with the car and the experience. The one thing I hate about the car buying purchase is sitting in the Finance Manager's office going through the paperwork. Being remote made this process much easier since I could review review and sign the paperwork at my leisure in my own house. Post purchase, the car ended up being delivered about five days later (counting the weekend days). We were nervous leading up to arrival because we purchased a car without sitting in and driving it. But, upon the car's arrival, everything turned out as expected, and we are very happy with our purchase!

My Daughter went in and was helped by Justin Wang. My Daughters just left home to the Air Force and needed a car. I'm in California and was tge co-signer. First they rushed payment which we did our part and paid but suddenly we couldn't take the vehicle cause they had to work on the AC. A week later my daughter picks it up and the AC stops working the next day. Justin told us to take it to a honda dealer and Autos of Dallas would cover it. They did pay the bill of $175 for low refrigerant, but 3 days later it stopped again. The dealer said it was leaking from a refrigerant line. Justin gave the okay to get it done and autos of Dallas would reimburse us.It was $500 . We got it back just for it to stop working again 5 days later. The dealer said bring it back. This time they really thoroughly inspected it and told us that the problem is that the vehicle had been crashed and the condenser was damaged. The bottom of the vehicle was not even put together properly and was missing screws and other hardware. We paid to get it fixed again with Justin Wang reassuring us they would reimburse us. Before we took the car from Autos of Dallas they kept it to put a new compressor for the AC which means they were aware this vehicle had been crashed and had unreported damage. They still sold it to us and kept us in the dark about it being salvaged. To make matters worse they never reimbursed us any of the service fees after the first time. I sent multiple emails and called so many times. Justin Wang kept saying he wasn't in charge of that but yet he authorized It. I finally caught his manager on the phone and he said sorry for the inconvenience and he would make sure its sent today. We never gotten reimbursed . Do not trust this place. Do not accept any verbal agreement. Check the vehicle thoroughly with a professional. This place is a rip-off from the Salesman Justin Wang to his manager. Avoiding this place is probably the best thing to do.

Richard was very professional and was very easy to work with. He was laid back and didn’t apply any pressure, and he was able to answer all my questions with transparency. He also went above and beyond on several occasions with having the vehicle ready, having paperwork prepared, and he was always timely. I was more than satisfied with my experience working with Richard.
