Our experience with Cristian Valdez of Autos of Dallas is one of the best and smoothest process in history of car deal! They are on top of their game in providing details about the car. Watch out for the shady "protection package"

They will quote you on a price and send in a shady finance manager to close the deal. They will add a $995 "protection package" to your purchase price without disclosing it. Just make sure to read through everything in the contract.

Title vehicles you don't purchase in your name

Husband and I stopped in back in January and test drove an Infinity. We opted not to purchase, but since stopping in my husband has had two of your vehicles titled in his name. One of which he never even expressed interest in. Your managers said you'd take care of it, now we're receiving bills from NTTA and you're saying you're not going to handle. They acknowledged how it happened and that they would get them out of his name (which they have) but they incurred tolls while the vehicle was in his name. Now they're refusing to take care of the tolls, "because they have no record it was in his name" despite the previous conversations. Josh at Autos of Dallas is refusing to help. Now we're on the hook for the tolls and penalties incurred since they did not handle as they said they would. Watch out, apparently, if you test drive they have the authority to title a vehicle in your name and no obligation to handle.

Title Vehicles in your name that you never purchased

Richard Ford was excellent to deal with, he was attentive and knowledgeable. He made me feel like a valued customer not just another sale. You need more employees like Richard, recognize him for his personable and dedicated service! You don't want to lose him to a competitor.
