Misleading sales tactics; “resistall” sold as an added...

Misleading sales tactics; “resistall” sold as an added value when it is actually charged for and added to the purchase price; finance personnel continue the sham; then “resistall” installation supposed to take 2 hours took 4 hours. Car we bought has been great so far, but I will not be buying from here again.

Outstanding experience

After months of searching for a rare car, I found one here. I called at 6 pm, and spoke to Graham Flinn. Within minutes he confirmed it was available, and sent me photos and videos. By 11 am, I drove off with my awesome new car, with a far better finance rate than I ever expected. Highly recommend Graham for great service in getting your next car.

Great Buying Experience!

What a great car buying experience! Autos Of Dallas was a great choice for purchasing a vehicle. Every step of the process is convenient. The website is great as it allows a quick search of their inventory and their prices where better than anyone in town. So much so that we had to step away from the buying process due to personal issues and when we looked online two weeks later those vehicles were already sold. We knew we were buying a car from here we just had to decide on the car that fit our needs. The sales people are pleasant, non-pushy, and just a joy to work with. We worked with Cristian Valdez and he took great care of us. Alex helped wrap everything up one day when Cristian was out of the office - he was great to work with as well. Even the finance process went very smooth as well. I was bracing for a root canal. No pressure sales or add-ons. They mentioned a few items in passing but no pressure. We will be back for another car next year and I will encourage my friends and family to check out Autos Of Dallas before they go anywhere else. Thanks!

Best Car Buying Experience!

Working with Selwyn was great! He made the process quick and easy! He was professional and customer service focused. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I was interested in, with no pressure or excessive talking I felt comfortable choosing the right car for me. Although it was a busy evening, I was not ignored or left feeling other customers were more important than me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, I really enjoyed the experience and definitely recommend Selwyn for all your car buying needs!

Love my BMW 640i

I experienced excellent customer service from Autos of Dallas. Christian Valdez is efficient and professional with meeting the needs of his customers. I was searching for my vehicle locally online and couldn't find one with the color and all the features I wanted anywhere near me. I finally found what I wanted here at Autos of Dallas and contacted the dealership. Christian made sure to provide me with all of the information needed for my financial institution to get the process started. Initially I was skeptical about purchasing the vehicle without test driving it since I reside in the metro-Atlanta area, however he assured me there would be no issues and that my BMW had already been through extensive diagnostics. Within 2 days my deal was finalized and my car was placed for delivery. I've had my 640i for over a month now and I really am enjoying it. I haven't experienced any mechanical issues with my car. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, please check Autos of Dallas out and ask for Christian, it doesn't matter if you're 5 miles away, or 1000 miles away, you will be pleased!

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment and there...

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment and there were 3 tires with plugs in the sidewalls. The sales person told me everything passed inspection. Buyer Beware.

Horrible service and Management

just now-Edit WORST EXPERIENCE BAD MANAGEMENT. I purchase Infinity 2016 in August 2019 online, the sales person Ron who sold my car was very nice, I asked all the right question about the car, about all the feature that it was advertise with and he told me every was working ok, he even send me videos, the videos showed that one of the tires was low , he said he was going to have that checked and fixed if necessary, once the money was transfer to the dealership it took them about a week for me to get my car , I called several times to see when my car was arriving and no response was given, i kept leaving messages for management but never return my calls, finally received my car, it had a red Gatorade bottle on the floor and the back seats were sticky with gatorade, the tire still had the low air showing in the dashboard, and there was no Bluetooth as one of the feature that was advertised with , called the dealership to speak with a manager it took 5 calls for them to call me back and when they did they response was , we can check all the cars that come by here, so I had to take it to a dealer and have the car check, the car had no blue tooth and never had Bluetooth , and the tire had a flat, I had to purchase a new tire,because it had a nail , my car had to stay at the dealership for 8 days for them to see why it wasn't working, by now I could not send my car back because I had just passed the 7 days and 200 miles return policy, the closest infinity dealership to me is 35 miles, I have called numerous time to tell them about my situation but never return my 3 calls,after 3 weeks finally they called me back and all they said was sorry, and I told them they should pay for my tire, and they never did or call me back, this was the worst dealership I have ever deal with, if I was you I would not purchase a car from them, they are liars and thieves.

Great Service and Very Responsive to Emails and Texts

In this day of on-line car retail, Autos of Dallas is must for luxury used cars. Richard was the best and easy to work with, accommodating both my wife's and my work schedules. Richard was extremely helpful working us as cars came into inventory and sending us the links to cars that we were interested in. The Autos of Dallas website is fantastic and made it easy for us to narrow down what we wanted to 3 or 4 cars working with Richard. On each visit, Richard had the cars, that we had selected on-line, pulled out and ready for a test drive. In only two visits, we narrowed it down to the car we wanted, test drove it and bought it. Finally, Autos of Dallas had no problems with us taking the car for a pre-purchase certification inspection with a licensed service center or dealer. I highly recommend Autos of Dallas.
