cheating the custtomer by not keeping what says
The dealer is not keeping what they promised and charging what the buyer's wasn't ordered. After they make you sign they don't want you even answer your question. I never recommend no one go buy car from this dealer.

I have just recently purchase a vehicle from Autos of Dallas, I was dealing with Mr. DJ Jacksis. The service was excellent, and the time I spend at the dealership was very minimal. I would highly recommend all my friends and family.

Efficient and easy
Spoke with Mark on Monday and drove all the way from Broken Bow on Tuesday. They answered all my questions! Staff was knowledgeable. Josh, the sales manager, was awesome as well!

Prices are not cheapest that we found, but they promised new rear tires. Come to find d out, they were used, and not in good shape either. We had to purchase new tires soon after.

Terrible experience. They are sleazy used car salesmen
I had a terrible experience with Autos of Dallas. I drove in from out of town to buy a Jag F-type in cash with the plan of driving it back that same day. They couldn't get brakes fixed in a timely manner so I had to walk to a hotel for them to fix the next day. The next day they still couldn't get it fixed so the had to deliver it several days later. I ended up spending additional cash on hotels and a rental back home. Autos of Dallas delivered it about 4 days. I drove it and the car started overheating 5 minutes into the drive. I tried multiple times to call these people and even texted the salesman. They basically told me I was on my own and needed to have car towed to the local dealership. Well, it was closed so I had to have it towed to my house, and then towed again to the dealership in the morning. The next morning, the local dealership was very kind and helpful and wanted to speak to Autos of Dallas, without success. I spoke to Autos of dallas about the snafus from the previous night, and their response was that I should have called Jaguar for the tow so it would be free (how was I supposed to know this???) and as far as any other work on the car, it was in warranty so the local dealership will fix it and they had no further responsibility. Look, I get it, and they're not wrong , but they had a total callous attitude to my troubles, even after their spiel when they were selling me the car that Autos of Dallas was "different" in that they took care of their customers even after purchase. That's B.S. They couldn't care less about me. And this was the second (and last) car I've bought from them! The car was fixed and detailed from the local dealership. I spoke to Autos fo Dallas to see if any resolution could be made from this horrible experience. I had purchased this car on the 1 year anniversary of the death of my son, to maybe help ease some of the grief. Well this experience just added to it. I spoke to Selwyn and Josh who told me they'd speak to their general manager to see what could be done. I had spent hundreds of dollars on hotels, car rentals, and towing on this deal. General manager told Josh Autos of Dallas would give back $100. I was so disgusted about their incredibly callous response that I told them to keep it. Ultimately what I learned is that despite all the promises Autos of Dallas makes during the sale of the car, in the end I should have realized they were nothing more than used car salesmen. They want the most money out of you that they can. Despite promises that they will take care of you after the sale, I am living proof they cannot get you off their books as fast as they can. Remember, Autos of Dallas are used car salesmen, nothing more, and there ultimately is no difference in their business objective than even the seediest used car salesman in any city.

My car buying experience at Autos of Dallas was great...
My car buying experience at Autos of Dallas was great back in 2015 which lead me to return expecting the same experience in 2019. This didn’t happen this time. Let me start by saying that “Mike”the dealership owner tries very hard to fix things that are wrong. However, this time I had the worst sales person ever! He rushed the deal and over looked some important details which caused me to have to return the car to the dealership more than once and be out of the car for nearly 2 weeks. Incompetence at its finest! “Emmanuel”gave me the run around which inconvenienced my entire life. So 2months later I still have not received my plates only to be dismissed by the dealership supervisor “Josh”because they couldn’t find my plates. Neither could they assist me in why my check engine light was on! Now I have to further inconvenience my life and sit at tax office for 2 hours to get a replacement plates. Then to the Infiniti dealership to see why my light is on only after having the truck 2 months! I’m so aggravated with the whole experience! Make sure if you buy here you take a careful look at the car before buying and choose a sales person with good reviews and not some random sales person that doesn’t have any reviews on being a good sales rep! I want to thank the staff at Auto of Dallas for guiding me through the process of purchasing a Maserat on 12/28. Anthony was a great salesperson. The whole staff was professional. He was knowledgeable, informative, and professional. My whole intent was to celebrate my birthday by driving a Maserati, I didn’t know I would leave with one. I came on 12/27 just to test drive a Maserati and nothing else. However, I fell in love with it. I almost convinced myself into not purchasing it. I’m glad I took a leap I’d faith and purchased the car of my dreams. This is another thing I can mark off my bucket list. Again, this is me living life with no regrets. Even though I live out of state, I would recommend anyone who want a luxury car with a great price to purchase from Autos of Dallas. Also, you might have cemented a lifelong out of state customer. Thank you!
