This experience was one very smooth transaction from start to finish! I have purchase a lot of cars and trucks over the years new and used and this was the best experience I have ever had! My salesman, Justin Wang, was excellent! Many Thanks to the Autos of Dallas team.

Best car buying experience

This is my second time buying car and hands down had the best experience. I live out of Dallas and Richard was very helpful in sending the pictures, videos. If not for these, I would have considered other car options. He was very professional, reachable on calls and messages and accommodated all my requests. The best part of this experience was that I was in and out of dealership in an hour. I would highly recommend working with Richard if you are looking for a vehicle purchase. Thank you Richard for all your help!

Great experience and very efficient. Nice people out there!

Nice people and great cars! It was very easy to do business and enjoyed the buying process. Only thing I would suggest is flexibility on financing.

I went into the dealership looking to test drive the car...

I went into the dealership looking to test drive the car I had been eyeing for a week. I was immediately greeted by Renee who introduced me to Selwyn Smith in sales. Selwyn was extremely nice and helpful. He helped me find the car that I was interested in and get me on a test drive. After the test drive we set down and talked about the value of my trade in. Selwyn made my time at the dealership go by quickly. What could have been a dreadful 4+ hour visit to the dealership, turned out to be a pretty awesome hour and half visit. Thank you Selwyn for all your help, and thank you Renee for keeping me company while I waited.

5 star review

I had a great experience working with Cristian Valdez on the purchase of my vehicle. The selection was great. I was able to test drive, and really spend the time I needed with the cars I was interested in before I made a decision. Cristian was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and there was no pressure! I would definitely buy here again. A

BEWARE OF SCAM IN FINANCING

BEWARE !!!!!! I purchased a 2019 Jaguar, during financing they told us we were going through Wells Fargo to do the financing, we were fine with that but when we looked at the numbers they had put GAP Insurance as well as $5,000 extended warranty. We asked why that was added WITHOUT our consent, the finance guy stated with Wells Fargo they require it to do the financing with these type of cars. We went ahead and went with the contract. I received a call from Wells Fargo a week later welcoming me and telling me the details, the man on the phone said, we see you purchased some additional upgrades??????????? I SAID WHAT DO YOU MEAN? I DIDN'T PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT YOU DIDN'T REQUIRE ME TO PURCHASE! He was confused so I told him what the finance guy told me and he said" MAM WE DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO PURCHASE GAP OR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY that is only your choice! I emailed my salesman Mitch Daniels and told him I was VERY UPSET AT THE FRAUD AND THE LIES WE WERE TOLD AND WANTED SOMETHING DONE ABOUT IT AND EXPECTED A CALL FROM THE MANAGER! A WEEK LATER we had not heard anything back so I emailed again and asked Mitch if he had given the information to his Manager, he said he had and I should of received a call back already. 5 MINUTES LATER I received a call from " ONLY THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT" and told me they would just take it off. I told them that was not enough I wanted something done about this so they don't keep LYING & SCAMMING other people! He stated he would have the Manager call me back! I am still waiting and its been several weeks!!!!!!

Dealership Racked up Toll charges and won't pay

I purchased a 2016 Jaguar XF 35T Premium from Autos of Dallas and signed all the financial and registration documents. After the deal was finalized and documents signed, the dealership needed a couple of weeks to get the vehicle ready before shipping it to me. During these two weeks, the vehicle was registered at the DMV under my name and the dealership must have been driving the vehicle around the Dallas area. While driving the vehicle, the dealership went through a toll road and incurred toll charges. About a month after receiving the vehicle I get a ZipCash toll charges for the 2016 Jaguar that I purchased. The charges for the toll occurred on June 13th & 15th while in the dealership's possession when they were getting it ready for shipment. I had not received the vehicle until the 19th of June. Almost six months later and after numerous text messages, emails, and phone calls. I keep getting reassured that the dealership will pay for the toll Charge; however, I have now been sent to collections by the toll company and the original $4.76 toll charge has now increased to $39.00 with late fees and collection charges. The dealership still has not paid for this toll charge! This is the worst dealership to deal with! What they tell you is not the truth. I would take your business elsewhere. -Robert Acosta

True to their word!

After scouring the internet and visiting quite a few dealerships looking for the body style I wanted, I purchased a pre-owned BMW 535i GT at Autos of Dallas. Even though we had some bumps at first with a particular salesman (who I've been told is no longer there), we are pleased the management (Joshua Palladeno-Hamilton and David Mullins) met with us personally and made it right. It has taken a couple of months to finish up our short "we owe you" list due to one particular part being ordered and my schedule, but they were true to their word and we are very happy with the end results!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

READ THE REVIEWS ON LINE - WISH I HAD BELIEVED THEM. I found a Rogue on their website last Thursday. Talked to the salesman, Johnny Huynh, as he was leaving for the day, so we talked on Friday. Got my loan in place on Friday calling & texting him to advise. I talked to his boss, Joshua Palladeno-Hamilton, on Saturday because he emailed me to make sure Johnny was "taking good care of me." I told him I had the money and Johnny was videoing the vehicle when he got in Monday (this morning at 10:00 AM). I said, "don't sell my car I'm ready to go".... Johnny sent me the video this morning and I emailed him my Driver's License and insurance verification and copied the Credit Union so they could communicate regarding the funds. Within 10 minutes Johnny texted me (which we had been doing off and on for 2 business days) to say "Hey Sharron I have very bad news the vehicle was sold for a wholesale deal".... WHAT THE xxxx???? He did say, "we have a lot of cars here maybe I can find you another one" - WHAT??? I had the car I wanted and now you tell it it's been sold to a wholesaler??? I read many bad reviews on-line about these people doing just that - selling you a car then calling to say "well we don't have it anymore" ... I live in Tulsa, OK and I'm 73 years old. This was extremely stressful for me buying at $15,000 vehicle sight unseen, but I plowed through timely. Johnny just texted me "You can't get mad at me for a vehicle you didn't move fast enough on" WHAT??? I TOLD HIM I WANTED THE CAR AT 3:00 PM ON FRIDAY AND HAD MY FINANCING AT 5:30 PM THAT VERY NIGHT. Called on Saturday, talked to Joshua to confirm I had funds and everything was a go. TODAY - after I emailed all required docs he has NO vehicle but I "DIDN'T MOVE FAST ENOUGH." OH MY xxxx! You are never to old to learn a lesson. I am only giving them 1 star because I have to give something.
