Love my vehicle
I purchased a vehicle sight un seen to Jacksonville Fl! I could have purchased my vehicle from anywhere but my service was better here! I was annoyed by the pressure at other dealerships but not here no pressure I was allowed to take my time.

Excellent experience
Thank you Richard, you made purchasing a vehicle a pleasurable experience. He made it super easy and answered my questions promptly. I never thought car buying could be stress free. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Very professional, extremely cooperative and honest. I highly recommend Richard to all my family and friends. Thank you so much Richard, love my BMW and will send all my friends, coworkers and family your way!

Added an unwanted Vehicle Service Contract on my loan!!!
I purchased a BMW X5 on 7/15/19. Drove 3.5 hours one way to pick up the vehicle. The dealership was closing soon so I was rushed through the paperwork signing. An extended warranty contract was NEVER discussed with Will in finance. But upon further review I found out they added a $5000 Vehicle Service Contract on top on my loan and trade in balance. (The maintenance plan and warranty I purchased from BMW themselves was cheaper than this) I called the dealership every other day for a week and a half only to get the run around and leave messages for various people who never called me back. I decided to call the actual warranty company myself to cancel the contract because I realized that Autos of Dallas was probably waiting around for 30 days to pass on purpose so I would be stuck with it and they would keep whatever $ they would receive from it. I finally got in touch with the Mike the manager on 8/12/19 and he stated he’s aware of the situation and initiated the return paperwork that day. He then said it would be the middle of the following week before the refund check would be sent to me or the lien holder. 3 weeks passed and I had not heard ANYTHING from them regarding this additional $5000 charge they added to my loan without my permission. I then called the warranty company again and they informed me that Autos of Dallas told them that I never purchased the car and they didn’t receive the premium payment( Which is a lie...I bought and took delivery on 7/15) I then contacted Mike again via email and have yet to receive a response!!!! I also bought a BMW from them in May of this year which went well when I brought my own financing. The only reason I decided to purchase from them again was because Will in finance promised to get us a great rate and the car we wanted. Had I known this is how this company does business when they find financing I would have never purchased another car from there. Now my loan is $5000 more than it should be and no one at dealership is working to refund the $5000 owed to me on a cancellation of a contract.

Do not trust these guys. Check vehicle thoroughly
These guys sold us a Honda civic . At first the sales rep Justin Wang seemed helpful. Once my Daughter chose the vehicle she wanted Justin Wang began rushing us for payment because I used my own finance company for the car. One he received the payment I told him my daughter would be picking the car up next day. He said no because he needed to send it to the shop to get the AC fixed. We waited nearly a week. My Daughters is in the military and is stationed 3 hours away. She picked up the car and the AC went out 4 days later. We took it to a Honda dealer to fix it and they said it had no refrigerant. Got the car back after paying just under $400. Autos of Dallas reimbursed the money, but then the AC went out again. Justin Wang told me to take it back and he would reimbursed any money we pay. We paid about $400 and have been trying to get reimbursed for 2 months now. Justin Wa g and the manager Mike both keep telling me they sent it Thursday, then they sent it Monday , then they will send it forsure today and now I cant even get them on the phone and they dont return calls. Well the AC went out again but this time the honda dealer told me that the figured out the problem. It needs a new condenser because the exsisting one was damaged in a wreck. They had to take the part of the front end off to get to it and thats when they discovered wrong screws used to put the car back together and that it was crashed. It was not reported on the carfax. Justin said they installed a new compressor. If they did then they had to have been aware that the car was wrecked before and did not tell us.

worst in texas
One of the worst car dealer i had experienced in my life time. I found BMW X2 online, went there to test drive. I told them to get in touch with my loaner bank and have car detailed to come back before the end of day to pick it up. I was in touch with the sales person even i was ready to have $2k for a car hold. When my bank told me the sales person picked my cheque and I’m good to go. But when I went there to pick up the car. They said they sold it to someone else and the sale person was holding my cheque on his hand. Sales Managers didn’t seems to be sorry and even showing attitude towards me. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone

Very unsatisfied
I purchased a 2016 BMW X6 from Florida and was told it would be shipped as soon as they replaced the tires and cleaned the car up. Upon receiving the car days after it was promised It was filthy. The tires on the car were horrible (lawsuit) horrible and I had to buy new tires immediately after purchasing a $38,000 (cash) car from this dealership. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the manager who promised me he would speak with the salesman and get back with me. That was weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone.

Total Fraud
I bought a car that this dealer advertised online at Cars.com and had it delivered to Pasadena, CA. The car is ok, but the paperwork did not include a release of lien from the previous owner's loan. Without that, California will not register the vehicle. I have contacted Autos of Dallas at least 10 times over the past 5 months to no avail. I first started with the salesman Alex G. who totally failed to respond. I then called and talked to Leandra in titles. She told me she would Fed-x the release within 48 hours. Nope! A month later I called and she said it might take 60-90 days. And then pretty much hung up on me. I then sent an email to the manager/owner Mike Bashara - he did not respond either. This is not acceptable in anyway.

BEWARE
Beware before you buy a car from this place. I visited the dealership found a car I like and wanted to buy however the service light was on and needed tires for the vehicle. Keep in mind this is a luxury dealership. As a cash buyer I asked if they could replace the tires and fix the car I don’t mind buying it. They purposed to replace 2 tires and but was told tires are on back order. I stated couldn’t they go with other tires. I said it seem like you don’t care and he said don’t put words in his mouth. The owner general manger Mike said what do you want I said I don’t have a car and because he was very rude I said forget keep the car. Then he told me to get out of the building and came out of his office and speaking very loud in front of staff and customers. Very very unprofessional. I’ll just write a bad review and said he’ll write a bad review on me. All I said keep the car and got up and walked out of his office. You not going to replace bald tires for a car over $30k bye. what luxury dealership charges a prep/ service fee $399 and vehicles have bald tires and engine troubles and etc. if you don’t want the hassle or rudeness I wouldn’t buy a car at autos of dallas period.
