Personal Touch
Richard, our salesman was beyond perfection. He worked with us on every angled turn... We live six hours from Autos of Dallas. We found our armada online. He had every bit of paperwork ready when he came to test drive just in case we decided to purchase, we wouldn’t be waiting hours after driving 6 to get there. Everyone was extremely KIND as well as professional. We felt not only well informed, but well cared for. We will be purchasing our vehicles from them from now on. The six hours were a small price to pay for the attention we were given. We absolutely, 100% will recommend Autos of Dallas and Richard to any and everyone. Thank you all again for your dedication to your customers! Rob and Stacie Campbell

Beware
Beware before you buy a car from this place. I visited the dealership found a car I like and wanted to buy however the service light was on and needed tires for the vehicle. Keep in mind this is a luxury dealership. As a cash buyer I asked if they could replace the tires and fix the car I don’t mind buying it. They purposed to replace 2 tires and but was told tires are on back order. I stated couldn’t they go with other tires. I said it seem like you don’t care and he said don’t put words in his mouth. The owner general manger Mike said what do you want I said I don’t have a car and because he was very rude I said forget keep the car. Then he told me to get out of the building and came out of his office and speaking very loud in front of staff and customers. Very very unprofessional. I’ll just write a bad review and said he’ll write a bad review on me. what luxury dealership charges a prep/ service fee $399 and vehicles have bald tires and engine troubles and etc. if you don’t want the hassle or rudeness I wouldn’t buy a car at autos of dallas period. reading all the reviews he is rude to African Americans.

Great experience
I work with Bob and I was very impressed with his clarity in answering all my question. He made the experience very good. Given that it was my first time buying a car, working with him eased all my concerns.

Robert will work very hard for you!
Robert helped me get the car that I wanted. Being from out town was tough, but after a couple trips to Plano, and a series of unfortunate events with the car (unrelated with this dealership), he maintained full transparency, communication and support. I would buy another car from him in a second!

Great Experience!
Richard Ford was really helpful and I was able to leave with a wonderful Audi Q3! I will definitely shop there again when I’m ready for a new car.

Better than Imagined
It was my first time buying a car through solely the internet, so needless to say that I was anxious/nervous about the whole experience. Thankfully Bob and the entire team were incredibly patient and quick to respond to all my inquiries. I wish I could explain it better, but 6 out of 5 star service. Thanks for everything Autos of Dallas.

Avoid this Dealership
Terrible dealership. Takes forever to buy the car, then they are unethical in their handling of the transaction. I am due a large refund from cancelling an extended warranty, and they won't return my calls or the Better Business Bureau. I just filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office and will probably have to file suit in small claims court to get my money. My advice, avoid this dealership at all costs.

Repeat Customer
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Autos of Dallas. This time I worked with Cristian Valdez. Cristian was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable.

Won’t keep their word, don’t trust them!
I promised to pay the asking price if they would agree to fix a couple items on the car. They promised to fix a few items, but I had to pay up front before they would get started, so I did. A week went by, they fixed one item, but they were having a problem fixing the rims. They promised to fix all the rims of road rash. The first attempt they screwed the rims up even worst. The salesman (Abel and Omar) said they would replace the rims from another car, so I said ok. Then two days later, they said management wouldn’t approve the switch, even though they promised me that 2 days before. They gave me two options which was to get the rims fixed properly, they would pay $450 and I would have to pay $200 out of my own pocket or they would dip the rims and make them matte black for free. The first issue that I had was now they are trying to charge me $200 for something that they promised to fix when I payed the original asking price, who does that? So I said let’s do them matte black, which would look really nice. Little dis I know that they were going to spray paint them, really, spray paint them! When they finally called and said your car was ready, everything looked good at first glance. They fixed one of the window buttons, but used a screw driver to replace it, which tore the leather, which i didn’t notice till i got home. Then i noticed they did connect the window buttons correctly either, because the side mirrors weren’t working, and that was just the beginning. They didn’t replace the passenger window button like they promised, then i noticed the rims started flaking, because they spray painted them! I had to travel the next day for work, which i have been traveling all week now, so I haven’t had a chance to go see them, but i reaches out to the salesman, no response, then I reached out to the sales manager David Mullins on LinkedIn, which he responded and told me to email him at work with my issues and he would contact me. I reached out to him, told him everything that had happen and sent him photos, NO RESPONSE!!! Trust me people, read reviews on companies before you shop and don’t pay up front, honestly avoid at all cost, will help you sleep better at night knowing you dodged a bullet from these crooks!!
