They have great service. The biggest con is if I wanted to see a car the sales person has to go find the keys and drive it up front. That was time consuming. I felt bad asking him to get different cars so I resorted to looking them up online. I wish customers could walk the lot to view the inventory. It was very time consuming for the salesperson to bring the cars upfront just to view. You have to know what car you want before going there.

Everyone likes a new car, but no one ever actually enjoys the car buying experience. It's usually a day-long beating. Autos of Dallas' business model comes close to making the experience enjoyable. There were no gimmicks, no hassles, no hidden surprises and NO LONG WAITING TIMES - you know the ones, those times where you are left for hours sitting in an uncomfortable club chair in a waiting area that smells of stale coffee where you are forced to watch HGTV with other car buyers who are just as frustrated with having to sit around waiting on a sales or finance person as you are. There was NONE OF THAT!!! I went in, approached a salesperson (Bob Tauber - great guy BTW), told him the car I was interested in, he went to get it, I test drove it, liked it, bought it... all in two hours - start to finish!!! When does that ever happen!? This was a GOOD EXPERIENCE. Autos of Dallas will definitely be the first place I look to when I need to purchase another car. This was REMARKABLE!

2 weeks ago I went to Auto of Dallas to purchase a car . Our salesman Robert Moses was great was always respectful and making sure I understood every step of the buying procedure . It saved a lot of time if you already know what type of car you wanted and is already pre-approved because it made things go by a little quicker .
