Bob Tauber is exceptionally good in providing great pre and post sales support. He is honest in his dealing and upfront on what he can or can't do. He took care of most of the things that needed minor touches. Highly recommended sales man at the dealership.

Worst dealership I've dealt with.. it's been close to a month now that I traded in my old vehicle and as we speak they still haven't sorted out my payoff amount with my bank as they promised. I called last week and they told me they mailed out a check over 2 weeks ago. I've been calling almost every other day and they keep promising that someone will get back to me but they never did. I called again today and the manager(Mike) told me the check was mailed out 3 days ago. I asked for proof of tracking but he said there was none. I got upset and poured out my disappointment. He interpreted that as me being rude and threatened to delay the check meaning they haven't even sent it out yet.. it's close to days 30days before it'll be reported in my credit. I regret ever patronizing this dealership. People please be aware. Terrible dealership, terrible manager!!

Did a poor job of disclosing the 299$ car prep service: I would never recommend them to anyone, the finance guy was rude. 3/4 tank of gas not even a complete full tank.

Worse experience ever. They hide issues with the car. And make you wait 2-3 hours to test drive. they sell cars that have open recalls and are dangerous. STAY AWAY and and shutdown this dealer.

I just bought a used car from Autos of Dallas, and I had a great experience. It was fast, easy, and had the best prices around. Bob Tauber did a great job. Bob was very knowledgeable, to the point, and fixed everything that we asked of him. I recommend you go to Bob if you want to get straight to the point and not get the run around.

Had to replace a car quickly and Robert Moses was a great help in helping me review the options and then the plus and minus of those options. Had an experienced eye in what to look for on the pre owned vehicles. Found one that I liked, he corrected some exterior issues just as he promised, and even helped me return my rental vehicle.
