My husband and I live out of state & had MANY questions. We were referred to Richard Ford. Our experience with him, particularly since we live out out state was EXCEPTIONAL. He answered ALL of our questions and sent multiple videos to appease us. A consummate professional, he was always available to take our calls & we bothered him OFTEN as we have never purchased a vehicle that we haven’t seen. However, he assuaged all doubt. We paid cash for a Jaguar F-Pace Sport based upon the work he did for us. We received our vehicle far sooner than expected & in excellent shape. The shipping company was also great!! AND WE LOVE IT!!! Thanks to everyone!!!

I got a 2016 528i, called Bob, he was able to give me the information I needed to make the purchase. I had some minor concerns about some small little things in the vehicle and Bob was able to get them fixed and make me feel even better about my purchase.

Bought a car from them for delivery, 8 days after purchase still didn’t know when it would be delivered. When delivered gas was on E, oil change was past due and one tire was very low on air. Did not do the little things that make the process nicer.

I got a 2016 Lexus from this dealership. I had searched so many places before here. I worked with Justin Wang who was super helpful. He wasn't arrogant as most car sales I've dealt with. He was very understanding, and took out time to answer most of my concerns. I wish most agents will emulate his skillset. Proffessional agent and good dealership. I'll recommend them any day.

Great experience working with Richard Ford and Autos of Dallas! Every miss text and phone calls was return in a timely manner. I pick out a vehicle online that I wanted. Richard made sure everything was in order when I arrived. After arriving I decided that I wanted different Ford Expedition. He got the vehicle inspected and all paperwork in order so I could drive it back home that day. I am very please with my Ford Expedition.
