Great buying experience

Mitch was an excellent salesperson who was attentive, polite, and efficient. He was responsive and followed up very well. It was a great experience, and I would definitely buy from Mitch again.

Excellent Customer Service

Cristian Valdez has always been a top notch professional on what he does. This is the third vehicle our family bought from him. He has always made our car buying experience an easy one. On top of this Auto of Dallas has the best staff with an excellent superb customer service. With that said Cristian and Auto of Dallas has our business in the years to come. Keep up the excellent work and superb customer service. Thanks Allerick Contreras

Excellent customer services

My wife and I visited the dealership in February 2019 and Blake Ogden helped us buying our Cadillac. He is a knowledgeable and professional sale representative. It did not take long for us to go thru the purchasing process including buying, trading our old car, and finance new car.

Not even in writing!!

Contacted Autos of Dallas through Car Gurus. Got a call the following Day from Abel. I told him I would be traveling from Austin to Plano first thing in the morning. I got there 25 min after opening and asked to see him. waited just over an hour before he met us in the lobby. Though, I saw allot of sales associates milling around doing nothing, I was told it was Saturday their busiest day. After I identified the vehicles I wanted to see. We waited another 45 min for the 1st car to be brought to front. It was dirty, and sounded like it had possible engine problems. By that time, they brought the other vehicle around. We test drove the vehicle, and I decided that that was the vehicle I wanted to purchase, with some stipulations.... front plate bracket be installed....missing tool kit be replaced....missing 2nd FOB key be replaced....and all 4 rotors and break pads be replaced. The sales rep agreed, and we proceeded with the deal. Then they made me a ridiculous offer on my trade we agreed on payoff of remainder of the loan. Way less than what the car was worth but at this point I was pressed for time because I had to drive back to Austin in time to get to work. So I let my car go for payoff. Then they told my my pre approved loan through my bank wasn't honoring my pre approved interest rate. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach my loan officer because it was now late on Saturday and the office was closed. But they had the solution, go through one of their sponsor banks and get the same rate. So I did that. so by this time they cleaned the car, installed the lic. plate frame and provided me with a second FOB. and put IN WRITING on the contract that they would replace rotors and pads, and the missing tool kit.Til' now everyone involved was pleasant, and the deal was done. Or was it? I got back to Austin just in time to drive straight to work. Next day, I tried out the 2nd FOB and it didn't work. I tried to reset the key and it gave an error. So I took it to the dealer and they said that FOB was programmed to another Vehicles' VIN# registered to another owner And could not be reprogrammed. At that point I tried relentlessly trying contact Abel At the dealership, to no avail. I left several messages with no response. Finally, after leaving msgs on several voicemails, including one to a so called Manager, I was forwarded to. I told the receptionist to stop forwarding me to voicemails and find me somebody that I could physically talk to. She put me on hold, and went to find Abel. When she returned, she said she found Abel, and he would answer the phone now. she forwarded me, again, I got his voicemail!!! I was so angry, I was fit to be tied! about a minute later I received a text with a Document attached that had nothing to do with me. I immediately called text# , and surprise, I got Abel. He answered the phone this time. After we cleared up who I was, I told him I would be bringing the car to Plano on Saturday to get the promised maintenance done. And resolve the FOB issue. I arrive at the dealership Saturday Morning. I was greeted by the sales mgr. I explained about the FOB. and gave it to him with the VIN so he could get it to the proper owner. I Also, gave him the 2nd FOB to my trade in. He then stated they get it all worked out for me. Then , I'm called to his office With Abel, a mechanic and him. they proceed to tell me that were not going to honor the contract and replace the brakes, because their mechanic said they weren't fully worn out. Then he said they would get me another FOB sent to me. After several attempts to contact them, finally got through and was told they weren't sending a FOB. it's been almost a month and trade is still not payed off and my bank is listing payment due. Spending $30,000 for used car should get you better treatment. Considering my legal options and BBB filing at this point. I do have a signed Agreement, a paper trail on the FOB, and somebody's personal info sent me in error. Privacy Act?

Great Experience

We were looking to acquire a 2015 Lexus RX 350, Reviewed the inventory until the right vehicles were available. Used the VINs to research the service histories. Sent a note to Robert Moses to schedule a test drive appointment. Robert was wonderful to work with. He went to bat to get a bit more on the trade-in, and pushed to get some minor body work and painting done before we purchased. We were in and out of the Finance office in 15 minutes. If you know what you want, and do your research upfront, it is a very easy and seamless car buying experience.

Great service and prices

Justin was very helpful helping me purchase my M4. He was non-pushy and discussed different options with me (extended warranty, etc.). Autos of Dallas has competitive/no-haggle prices. I was able to get more money for the trade-in from Carmax than they would offer, but it was just a minor annoyance. I’d recommend them for friends/family.

Poor services

I went in on 2/23/19 because I had an appointment with Leo. I spoke with Sydney that morning to make sure the vehicle was still there I was gone to look at CLA 250 2015 gray. When I got there Leo came to get me seat me in his office. He states the keys was on his desk but he look for them for 30 minutes and then told me another sales rep came into his office and took the keys and sold the car. I drove an 1 hour away from home to see this car it was a waste of time. Then Leo tried to sell me another car that I did not want and the car was an accident before. The manager never did come out to me an apologize about the situation and did not care. I will never go back here again.
