Great experience

Matt Monette made my car searching experience so easy! He was such an honest, and up front guy - which is not always found at car dealerships. Really enjoyed talking to him and appreciated all his hard work and efforts! This guy gets an A++ from me!

Good Experience

I went with my son to purchase his first car. We were introduced to Bob Tauber and he was very upfront with expectations. Then we reviewed our expectations and cars we were interested in. We found a car and Bob took care of the rest, he made this experience extremely pleasant not just for myself but also gave my son respect and encouragement to make this day a good day versus a somewhat typical frustrating one. Bob, Thank you for everything!

Exceptional sales man

Bob was an exceptional salesman to deal with a little over a year ago when we purchased our Mercedes. I have very good friends that are used and new car sales. After our awesome experience with Bob last year I told my wife to give Bob a call to find a new car for her. Two weeks ago once again Bob proved to us that he was an individual that was very truthful and honest. That is very hard to find in the car industry. I would highly recommend your dealership and Bob to purchase a luxury used car from. I also worked with the finance department and they were exceptional in their professionalism also. For the first time in my life I would like to say thank you for the experience of buying a car. Brent Roark

It was a great experience working Autos Of Dallas

I was so thankful to Richard Ford in fulfilling my requirements in a very short period of time. Excellent price and timely communication. So happy with my purchase. The vehicle was exactly as described.

Great Sale Service

I did the whole process remotely with no stress and worries. The sales personal was very efficient and diligent in helping me pick the right car, advicing me, completing the sale and shipping the car to me all from the comfort of my home. Special shout out to Justin dor being so helpful getting such great customer service.

Out of a state vehicle purchase

My first experience of purchasing a vehicle online was a great experience. The salesman Richard F. was awesome in helping me with my purchase and gave exceptional customer service!!

Lack of Service; Car not as advertised

The experience since purchase has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The car was shipped from dealership to Austin. Known issues: - damage from shipping - puke on passenger side of car - car was not detailed as promised - navigation does not work as promised - mileage was not as advertised - windshield wiper coming apart - dealer plate expired prior to actual plates arriving Sales person no longer works for the dealership. The GM (Mike) has been no help what so ever. I spoke to him twice...he has not followed through on one commitment. My wife has left over 8 messages for Mike and he has yet to return her call. When Mike finally took my call he promptly told me they sell 600 cars a month and he would look into my issues. He told me the navigation was covered under the manufacturer warranty...wrong, we verified this with the local Land Rover dealer. He promised to send a $200 check so we could get the car detailed, never happened (this was also promised by the sales person). We had to remind them to process and send the actual plates, they finally did. Mike blamed the damage on the transportation company and failed to help rectify. To date the experience with Autos of Dallas has been frustrating / disappointing to say the least. I feel we have offered ample opportunity to step up and correct these deficiencies. As of 3.12.19 Mike continues to ignore our calls.
