Richard for the WIN!!

Richard was amazing with helping me select the PERFECT vehicle for me!!! I was torn between BMW & MERCEDES....he gave me the opportunity to test drive both! He wasn’t pushy, he was very patient, and if I ever need another car in the future, I hope he’s still here at this establishment. I LOVE my 2015 Mercedes CLA. The car is in premium condition! I want to personally thank Richard again for his help & patience with me! Ask for Richard folks!!

Traveled from FL for my dream car!

I was lucky enough to get Justin Wang on the line when I called. I coordinated a 1 day trip with Justin & within a week from 1st contact, I bought my car. Justin went above & beyond, he picked us up from the airport, patiently let me test drive & view various cars that I was interested in, joined us for dinner & dropped us at the hotel; as 2 woman traveling alone Justin's care was worth gold. In addition his attention to detail & patience in every facet of the transaction (from coordinating with my bank to doing some custom work on the vehicle to ensuring the shipping back to FL was flawless) was impecable! My friends laughed at me for going to TX for a car, but now they're ready to go too. Thank you Justin & Autos of Dallas!

Helpful and patient

I was interested in a particular car with specific features. Gary was so helpful in getting me into the car for a test drive. When I realized this was not the car for me, he helped me to find a car that fit my wants. He let me test drive it, and I even drove it to lunch! Although I did not end up going with the car, Gary was very kind to me, and the whole process was better than at a majority of other dealers! I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend because of their large inventory, variety of choices, and no-pressure approach!

First time car buyer

I had a decent amount of nerves while going through the process of buying my first car. Deciding the car should be the ultimate concern but I knew the dealership can make or break the experience. With that being said, Robert Moses made it extremely ideal to purchase from Autos of Dallas and specifically from him. I knew what I wanted, researched extensively, went through pre-approval processes, and test drive the exact car one day before I purchased it. Robert explained the process and ensured how simple it would be. I noticed a few issues with the car which is typical when buying a used vehicles but there was zero haggle to get the car right from Robert. Giovanni had me in and out but was very respectful which I apppreciated. Robert is a straight shooter, had my best interest in mind, and I would recommend a friend to check out the dealership.

Excellent Buying Service with Excellent Cars!

Let me start this out by stating that this is our second car from this dealership. Bob Tauber has been the best salesman, in credit to his patience, attentiveness, and friendly nature. He has delivered two cars that both involved painless processes! Autos of Dallas is the only place I will be going to purchase my vehicles, and I highly suggest you ask for Bob Tauber! Also, they take great care of the cars, even after you drive off the lot!

Phenonenal customer service award goes to sales associate Justin Wang!! Hands down the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. His expertise knowledge, patience, and “zero” pressure sales approach made us feel at ease and comfortable during the process. He even assisted us in modifications to the vehicle that turned out absolutely fantastic. I would rate him 10 stars if the scale allowed. Well done! You’ve earned a customer for life!

Purchse Process as advertised: Hassle and Gimmick-free

My name is David, and my girlfriend and I were in twice this week to Autos of Dallas to purchase a car. We were paired with our salesperson Bob Tauber, and had a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Bob to others who are in the market for a used luxury vehicle. Bob was very straight-forward and forthcoming about the dealership's business model, and the sales experience expectations. I should say the purchase process experience as it didn't feel like your typical car sales experience. At no time did my girlfriend or I feel we were being sold. We went in knowing what we were looking for, and what cars we wanted to look at/test drive. Although we were not looking at the most expensive vehicles, and we were certainly dressed to be comfortable and not dressed in our Sunday best, Bob never made us feel as if our visit there deserved anything but his best, our that we were less valuable clients than someone shopping for a more expensive vehicle. He was attentive throughout, and very considerate of our interests and time. We did not purchase a vehicle on our first trip this Monday. We test drove 2 SUV's, but unfortunately they were not the right vehicle for us. Bob offered to continue to help us search his inventory as he was certain we could find something to fit our needs/wants. We advised him we preferred to step back, and do the searching through the inventory on our own time online, and let him know when we were ready. Bob made certain we knew he was available to help right then, and in the future, and accepted that we were ready to leave without being overly pushy or persistent. I understand that is not easy to do in the car sales industry. We did our search and homework, and we found a vehicle that checked our boxes. We contacted Bob via email Thursday, and he responded the same day to advise the car was still available, and ready for us to come see. We came by today, Friday 12/21/18, and the car was upfront and ready to drive as we had agreed upon over the phone earlier in the day. We took the test drive and fell in love with the car. Bob continued to assist us in the next phase as we moved to financing, and took our application after explaining to us how the process would flow. Things went just as he explained, and the entire process was completed in a satisfactory, and hassle-free manner as he and the dealership insist that it would be. The car was cleaned and prepped for us to go, and we were 2 happy clients. Clients meaning we are certainly willing to bring our return, and referral business in the future to Bob and the dealership. Thanks Bob.

Salesperson DJ Jacksis from Autos of Dallas is SUPERB!!

I would like to applaud salesperson DJ Jacksis from Autos Of Dallas for a superb job. He was an outstanding salesperson. From the time I called until my car was delivered. He answered all of the questions I asked. He's very patience and knowledgeable. I'm in NY and bought the car unseen. But he did provide me with pictures, which were spot on. You don't find many HONEST sales people, but he is definitely one of them.. Thank you DJ, I'am very happy with the car and your service!!!! If you need a used car don't hesitate to contact DJ from Autos Of Dallas!!!

Accidents and Damages AUTOS OF DALLAS

If you don't live in Plano, Texas and you purchase a vehicle and have to have it shipped you are screw. Is there anything in their ads saying that the vehicle that you purchase from them is [SOLD AS-IS]. No that comes later after you paid your down payment and have all arranged financing and shipping. But that's not all if you cannot drive there to look at it, drive it, inspected and please don't go by the CARFAX Report. It's useless because if there's no accident or damages reported to them they will state that the car is sound with no accidents or damages on their report. What that means is that if the dealership lies or maybe forgot to mentioned or they didn't get the actual report from the police, etc., you have just bought yourself a car that comes with dents, scratches and poor paint touch-up. The delivery driver won't take it back, once the sale is complete dealer don't want to hear from you. As far as the Salesperson goes they're useless when it comes to helping you. But don't stop there try e-mailing the Manager and wait because that's all you're going to do there's no response whatsoever. Now everyone knows how I feel after paying top dollar for a vehicle and I have to shell out more to get repaired.

Dealer response

The customer was fully aware of the condition of the vehicle prior to purchase as we sent video showing any nicks, dings etc... BEFORE he purchased the car! To the best of our knowledge, this vehicle was NOT involved in any accidents but had small scratches on the rear bumper that needed paint work as well as a scratch on one of the doors that needed touch up. We showed that work (again with video) before shipping the car. Once the vehicle arrived, the customer said he was having some repairs done on his home and wasn't able to look the car over - for some time. When he did finally inspect it, he said that there was a dent underneath the car possibly caused by the shipper. We asked for pictures and it took him several weeks to provide them claiming that 1) he was having some work done on his house that kept him busy and 2) "he was not happy using his phone for pictures" After several back & forth communications, we had offered to take the car back and refund his money. The customer sent a heated email claiming we had no right to make that offer and demanded that we pay a local (to him) body shop to repair it to his standards. We sell used vehicles that "may" have imperfections and try our best to correct and make them as close to new as we logically can, which is why we take every effort, e.g. sending photos and video, prior to the purchase. As well, we welcome our new customers to have a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) done by a mechanic/provider of their choice on any of our vehicles prior to the purchase. Apparently this customer decided not to take advantage of this option.
