My experience with Autos of Dallas was excellent! Not only they took care of my trade in (Q70L) they also took care of the auto loan process, tires, etc. I randomly went to the dealer looking for a Macan or Cayenne. I asked for the first available salesman, happened to be MR. BOB TAUBER, WOW! so warm, honest and friendly. Incredible person! I asked him to test the Macan and X6, ended choosing the X6. Great car! Will return soon to buy another car; my experience was great but what made it amazing was Mr. Bob Tauber outstanding customer service and professionalism! John was excellent!! The process was quick. I arrived at 5pm, John already had the car ready for my test drive, meanwhile, my trade in was being appraised. I was out of there by 7pm. At other dealerships I've had to stay all day. The car is great... I love it! I will definitely buy from Autos of Dallas again!

First of all, let me say it was reviews like this that drove me here. I was greeted quickly and then introduced to Bob Tauber, a true professional. I had a car I wanted to see which he quickly brought out as I fumbled my way through finding my insurance in the paperless age of today. After test driving the car I knew I wanted it, and since the car was very competitively priced it was time to close. Throughout the process I had a plethora of questions about credit scores, pricing, time the car was on the lot, and other random topics as I am a curious individual. Surprisingly to me, the answers were truthful, honest, and Bob went out of the way to quench my curiosity; not something you generally experience when visiting a car dealership; especially one that deals exclusively with pre-owned vehicles. It's hard to find genuineness in sales today, but I was lucky enough to pluck the needle from the haystack. Closing was twice as fast as the last car I purchased roughly 2 years ago, and I was presented with a flash drive of all the paperwork rather than a folder or pamphlet; a small, yet strong signal that this business is not only in tune with its customer base, but also the future. I can't say THANK YOU enough to Bob Tauber for giving me the perfect car buying experience, something many seek but only few find. As in the great words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll Be Back!"

I buy the car online at autos of Dallas, when they shipped to me i look up the windshield it crack, the tank got 1% of gas ,2 front wheels the tires it leak every 2 day , in the bottom of the car the plastic cover the gas tank it broke when I drove it fall out hit the road the car I don’t think they do inspection at all because my car it 2014 , i see the paperwork 2015 so they inspect, I call the manager his name it mike bashara let him know what happens then he not helping at all, so don’t ever buy car at autos of Dallas, if you do make sure see them first and look everything ( I buy the car 2014 18000 thousand dollars look like I buy the car it about 3000 not happy be at all ) so please make sure you buy the car at autos of Dallas

Bob Tauber established trust and maintained that trust through the entire process of our purchase. Not only did he gain my trust but he also gained the trust of my wife and daughter. That was important in completing our transaction quickly. Financing was immediate and very competitive.
