Christian V. was able to help me even when busy. I didn't feel like another sale as I was given as much time as I needed to think about it. No Pressure. Just friendly honest service. I was given helpful information and my concerns were validated. He made the experience stress-free and enjoyable and he was genuinely there to help me whether I buy or not. When I came across an issue the finance guys helped and even gave advice for selling my old car. Great experience! I recommend Autos of Dallas for anyone car shopping.

I purchased a vehicle from Autos of Dallas with Bob Tauber as my sales associate. It was a busy Saturday and he was helping other customers but he managed the chaos seamlessly. I knew going in on a Saturday would likely take a while but even when I was waiting my turn, Bob was cognizant of my location and offered refreshments numerous times. He continually kept me abreast of the process. Bob is friendly and engaging without ANY pressure to sell the vehicle. I enjoy the fact that it was a "no haggle" price listed as I knew what I was looking for. He worked hard looking for the vehicles I wanted to test drive and locating the last one was a trick but none the less, one of the best buying experiences I've had. Once I found the vehicle that fit my expectations we wrapped it up. I would highly recommend Autos of Dallas and specifically, Bob Tauber as the sales agent.

So of course, after my accident, I had to come right back here to get that experience once again and get another BMW...but of course.
