Lexus of Melbourne is an excellent dealership to purchase and service my new Lexus es350. Easy to make appointments and friendly personnel. They are very through and complete.

After owning a Lexus for 20 years, I chose to replace it with a new car. I bought my car from Lexus of Melbourne in 2015, and have always had it serviced there. Jaime Gantt introduced me to Virginia Poole, and Virginia asked me what I was looking for. She listened to my concerns and requirements for making a change. This is the first time I have made a car purchase by myself in my lifetime. Virginia made suggestions, and, after doing some research, I decided the NX 350H was the right car for me.

Routine maintenance check was done promptly, efficiently, and professionally. Service consultant was knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. When maintenance was completed car was washed and vacuumed.

Repair service is excellent Sales experience with Alex was an absolute nightmare. Tried to talk to owner. He would not talk to us. Am currently working with Bob to purchase a new car.

Had to wait a bit longer than usual but my service advisor apologized and gave me a small discount for my inconvenience. Lexus always takes care of their customers.

Quite relaxed good coffee and snacks the service was a little longer than expected but they replaced an expensive part for no charge thank you
