Michael Greene was our salesman. He was so amazing through the entire 2 month process, before the purchase of our car. In the past, buying a car has been one of our least favorite experiences. Michael was successful at meeting our goals, as well as providing service far beyond our expectations. In a word, he made it fun! In the future, when we hear of anyone looking to purchase a Lexus, we will strongly recommend Michael, and Lexus of Melbourne. They made us feel like they valued us a customers. I purchased a certified Lexus from Lexus of Melbourne. When I brought it back for service, they did an excellent job. The repair was for the dash upholstery and very difficult to do without replacing the dash. They did it without cost to me. Gave me a car to use for several days. These guys are great!

Good, thorough service from Lexus as always. Saturday hours are available and appreciated. They pick up your vehicle from your house and drop back to your home afterwards.

This was a routine maintenance. Melvin is always such a nice person to deal with. He is honest and knowledgeable I usually don?t bother with reviews, however Melvin is outstanding in service and should be recognized. I wish every place I went to was so predictable.
