In spite of having an appointment at 10:30am, I arrived

In spite of having an appointment at 10:30am, I arrived at 10:45 and did not receive text and email of a diagnosis until after 2pm and left the dealership about 2:45. The time it took to provide a diagnosis was extremely too long. The service advisor did not go over the items on the diagnostic as I?m used to. It initially took three phone calls to finally get an appointment after leaving messages. Additionally, the service advisor was instructed to have the wind shield fluid refilled. I picked up my vehicle, left Lexus, then realized the fluid was still not refilled. I returned immediately, informed the service advisor and he took the car to have the fluid filled. He returned the car and informed me the line needed replacing. The car was left for service for four days, I will now need to return to Lexus for another service appointments sooner than planned. Too many inconvenience!

Great service. Quick response pickup delivery was great, serive advisor was informative regarding the needs of the vehicle. Car was cleaned upon the return of the vehicle with no additional charges.
