She helped me get the best price and was able to get my car all set up with the technology and offered any help I might need later. I Recently had the opportunity of turning in my Lexus 2020 and purchasing a Lexus SC 430 at the Melbourne Lexus shop The management and personnel at the Lexus store were very very pleasant caring and helpful and me getting what I wanted out of their store. I felt as though I was dealing with my personal famil. I never had so much help and confidence in the people that I was dealing. I will always go back to the Melbourne store for any future purchases

Working with Tom is a great pleasure. To begin with he listens. He then asked what w were looking for in a car, then showed us the car we were looking for. It was just that easy and yet I know it isn’t easy satisfying a customer. But he made it that way for us.

We went in on a Monday Morning and it was raining pretty hard. We were met with a smile by Mandy and we had an enjoyable experience from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features of the car and how they worked. She worked with us to get to a number we were comfortable with and not once did I feel like I was haggling with a dealer. I also liked that I only dealt with her and there was no sales manager that came in to close me like you see in a lot of places. I highly recommend Mandy and the dealership as a whole. Our first experience with Lexus and it was a great one! We are now a Lexus family and will be back to but our next car.

I was window shopping ,for the last 20 year I was buying Cadillacs. I was upgrading my cars every 2year.My son recommended, for me to look at the Lexus. I liked every thing. The help was very good. I went home with a new RX 350. THIS NEVER HAPPEND BEFORE. love, at first side, Elizabeth.
