I am loyal to Lexus because it is truly a very well made automobile. Lexus has proved to be dependable and probably the most comfortable vehicle I have owned. Today, I purchased my 5th Lexus (RX350) and I am thrilled with it as well as this dealership. Michael Green was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. All the employees were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Shaun and Nicole were awesome. Lexus of Melbourne is tops in my book!

With the pandemic creating a shut down in production Rob La Matt had a few challenges trying to locate the car of my dreams. When factory production started he made calls to get a rush order to get my car for my Birthday! He patiently explained and demonstrated the features of the car and helped me move my belongings from the old car to the new one. He even scraped my pike pass and gate entry pass off the old car to transfer to the new one flawlessly. I was amazed. Even the finance department got into the Birthday spirit. When we walked into the dealership we didn't have a representative to work with; however, Mandy Patterson just happened to be walking by and engage us in conversation. It definitely was a God thing that she was in sales and handled our transaction. We could not be more impressed with her professionalism and attention to and response to what we were shopping for. We spent a couple of hours with her and every question was answered and detail noted. We took a RX350 out for a test drive and I mentioned to my husband that a really sharp salesperson will have a RX350L parked out front for us to compare size when we return. She didn't disappoint us. It was sitting there ready for comparison. Mandy is on top of her game and probably the best salesperson we have ever dealt with over many years of buying and trading cars. The icing on the cake was the big red bow on our big red RX350L presented in an air conditioned bay along side our trade in Mercedes. You thought of everything. We shopped Mercedes, BMW and are learning features that didn't exist (or we didn't know about) on the Lexus. Kudos to Mandy for her thorough tutorial before we drove away. While we are just beginning to learn all the nuances of the car, the e-mail received today on links and tips was very helpful with more e-mails promised to come. I have to say you are outshining the competition so far. My only suggestion would be that the General Manager/Owner be on hand to personally thank us.

Our experience at Lexus Melbourne was exceptional. All employees were courteous and very well informed. We look forward to working with all to service our new vehicle. PS everything ran smoothly even with only bare essentials because of the Covid-19 limitations.
