The Lexus experience.
This is my first Lexus and the first time visiting Lexus of Melbourne. I think Keith Croft was very professional, friendly, and informative. He was knowledgeable of the cars that my wife and I looked at. He listened to our questions and concerns and addressed them promptly. Coming back the following day to purchase our new Lexus was also memorable. I was treated with respect and was shown around the facility and told what to expect as a new Lexus owner. I felt like a VIP and enjoyed how the car was delivered to me with a bow on top! And it wasn't even my birthday! Thanks Keith.

120,000 mile service
I was provided with a loaner car since this service takes a longer time. I was told an approximate time frame which let me decide what to do with my time. The service was completed and the car washed and returned to me. My service adviser was, as always, pleasant, courteous, and informative.
