A most pleasurable buying experience
Bob McGivney is a truly conscientious and dedicated sales person who goes to the limit to satisfy a customers needs. I made a huge error in purchasing a vehicle, without test-driving it, because on that day I was experiencing a great deal of back pain. I soon realized that this vehicle was very uncomfortable because of my physical problem. Mr. McGivney went to great lengths to resolve this issue for me to my complete satisfaction. He is knowledgeable, kind and conscientious and gave my wife and me a most pleasurable buying experience. I really love my new Lexus RX350.
