Mike Retz is awesome! He truly goes over and beyond to take care of his clients. Mike turned a unpleasant service that I started with Lexus of Orlando to a very positive one. Not only did he take care of us but but he did it unselfishly. All Lexus of Melbourne employees are awesome!

I was greet as soon as I walked in to the show room every time. I didn’t have to wait too long for a salesman. John Cuestas, a salesperson , was very helpful and patient with me. Over all I had an excellent experienced at Lexus of Melbourne.

I just walked into the showroom 'just looking". I had been to a few dealerships trying to decide what I was going to do for my next leased car. I was lucky to get Michael Greene as my salesperson. He was not pushy , just gave me lots of information and a test drive.. I really liked the Lexus NXF300. It was the best from all the cars I checked out during the week. I went home and looked up the car in Consumer Reports . It was recommended with great reviews. The next day I called Michael for the appt and I gave a deposit and today my new car is in my garage!!!. From the minute I walked in , I was treated like a VIP. It was the best experience I had all week.

Buying a used vehicle from Lexus of Melbourne gives me the assurance that the vehicle is in the best condition possible and has been sorted out before being sold. I always thought that purchasing a vehicle directly from the dealership was significantly more expensive, however I have gotten very good pricing on both vehicles I purchased.
