Lexus of Melbourne

I have not purchased very many new vehicles during my life time, this was my fifth. We have been looking at new cars for over a year and have visited many dealerships. Our experience at this dealership was up there with the best from the moment we walked in the front door. Our sales person was outstanding in every respect. Highly knowledgeable of the vehicle and high tech equipment and options we were desiring. He guided us in making the right choices regarding the optional equipment and we were grateful for that advice. He was never real pushy like a lot of car sales people are. We both appreciated that!

Once again Keith Croft did an excellent job of getting us into a new Lexus. We appreciate his guidance through all the fine points of the new car, etc. Hopefully he will be the one to sell the Lexus we traded in (2017 RX350) as it had less than 10,000 miles on it. It's great that the Lexus facility is near us for service, etc. That was very important to us .

Setting up the appointment, getting the service done on the vehicle, and picking my car up after the service was quick, easy and efficiently handled.

We live several hours away from the dealership. They are very accommodating to help us get the vehicles back and forth for service and etc. We appreciate the people that work at the dealership.

Service and sales associates very friendly and helpful. Never disappointed. Any questions are always answered. The entire Lexus team goes out of the way and treat you like family.
