Lexus of Melbourne

This was our second vehicle purchased from Lexus of Melbourne. We asked for John Cuestas since he did an outstanding job working out a manageable payment for our last vehicle. John does not mis lead us and advised us pros and cons for different vehicles to meet our needs. He also never forgets us and is always there when we need advise or just answer a question.

We have had very good experience with this dealership for the most part . We did have a little issue a few years ago , but we decided to try one more time .

This dealership goes to the max to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. Our first vehicle on first day we had an electronic problem that would require 2 weeks or more to resolve. John Cuestas and the team at Lexus of Melbourne decided to replace the vehicle with an exact duplicate and had it ready for us to pick up within 2 days. We have purchased many vehicles from several dealers but this is the only one the has gone to this extreme to make sure we were happy. We had no problem deciding where to purchase our second Lexus and we have received the same quality of experience as out first. Service appointments made with Jaime Coates are completed to your convenience and service on the vehicle is supervised by John Lohne and he makes sure nothing is missed to keep your vehicle maintained in top notch condition. Tom is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Works with you without pressure. Not many times you can say you actually enjoyed a car buying experience, but we did.

We have purchased 5 Lexus SUVs from this dealership and the experience has improved from A to A+ in the 20 years. This time was the best. Tom Hakimi worked tirelessly with us to get the right SUV at the right price including our trade-in. Never gave up when we were quite far apart. He worked with the trade-in appraiser to get the best deal for us. Once we had an agreement, Tom proceeded to get our new car ready including explaining in patient detail how the controls were different from the SUV we were trading in. This was appreciated. From the moment we walked in the door of the dealership, we were made to feel at home. Tom greeted us and explained that he was closing a sale and introduced us to Mandy who was wonderful. She showed us several vehicles and thoroughly explained them all. We settled on one and she helped with the purchasing. My wife and I visited Lexus of Melbourne yesterday to try and determine if we could find a SUV to meet our needs. We were not certain about the newer model SUV versus the RX that we owned previously. Tom was great and had identified some possibilities based on our appointment set up phone call.My wife and I were shown some excellent choices to consider, Tom expertly identified the various model differences as we looked. We then looked at the NX300 models and located what was a great match for us. Tom was great in pointing out the safety features that were very important to us and the great features Lexus offers with all their products. As we finalized our selection and sale, Tom walked us thru the process up to the delivery and our vehicle setups. We are extremely pleased to have completed another vehicle purchase with Tom and Lexus of Melbourne and look forward to service visits in the future.
