went in for an oil change but also had to have a recall done on software. Had to leave car overnight but was given a loaner to take home. Picked my car up the next day just as promised

i use Lexus Dealership for all services on my car. John always makes sure that my 2015 LS 460 is in good running condition and makes recommendations when I need new tires, etc. He is a wonderful person and an asset to your organization.

I have had experiences with several Lexus dealerships. Melbourne is my favorite. I have a choice of which Lexus facility to go to, and I choose to drive many more miles so that I can utilize Melbourne. Great people, beautiful dealership.
