I am very happy with Lexus of Melbourne and Steve. The only issue I always have is that they put too much air in the tires when you bring it in for routine service, requiring a trip back.

Great Service Dept!
I had my Lexus in for service a couple days ago and ELisa Falcon my service rep was very accommodating, friendly and efficient during my service appointment. It was completed in a very timely manner! I cannot say enough how amazing the entire Lexus of Melbourne team is!
