Best dealership for miles around
Live in the Orlando area and was not impressed at all with the local dealerships. Drove 50 miles to this dealership and everything about the them is outstanding. Went back once during a 5 year period in Orlando for service. They screwed up my car and didn't accept any responsibility. Lexus of Melbourne provides pick up and deinery for service.

Steven was very helpful, getting my vehicle in for service the very next day. He stayed to finish assisting me after all other coworkers in his area left for the day, making sure I had a loaner vehicle. He kept me up to date while my car was being serviced and was just as helpful upon my departure. Thank you for a great customer service experience.
