Ruben and Lexus of Melbourne give exceptional service. They are always thorough and quick and give a loaner car if you request one in advance if your car cannot be finished in one day. The last service I had came in under the price of what was quoted to me.

Service experience
Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wait time was under an hour. Car was washed and vacuumed complimentary. Everyone was very accommodating. Great experience as usual!!!

Service department is excellent. The waiting area is pleasant making it easy to wait for my car to be ready. No pressure fir extra services.

Top shelf service
Needed schedules service and planned to wait while the work was completed. The service personnel identified an issue (safsty-rrlated) during their review of the car. John informed me, provided the options and recommended the safest choice. The added work was completed --- and very quickly, too.

Excellent service
My service advisor Jaime handled my service call very efficiently. She secured a loaner for me in a timely fashion and all the repairs were done on time and to my satisfaction. She texted me to let me know my car was ready for pickup. She is also a warm and fun person to talk to and the dealership is lucky to have her as an employee.

Michael Green is the man
I am shocked at how easy and pleasant our visit was. I called about a car that had already sold. We went anyway, as my girlfriend needed a new SUV. I already have a Lexus and wanted her to have one. Michael showed us several vehicles and when she drove the NX200 about 50 feet, she was ready to do paperwork. Now, she has a nicer Lexus than mine, so, that means it’s my turn.
